I use RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation regularly for airport trips (to and from) and have always had 10/10 experiences. Will was my most recent driver — professional, safety-first, waiting right at the gate, and smart about the best route to avoid traffic. He was friendly but not overly chatty, which was ideal after a long flight. The rides are always seamless, comfortable, and at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I have been a long term user of RMA when i was working and travelled extensively, primarily overseas. The service was excellent with very professional drivers and exceptionally clean vehicles. On one occasion, i returned to some very cold weather without any warm clothing ( since i was returning from Singapore) and the driver offered me his coat !!
I have less often, used RMA for personal travel as well, my most recent trip was from McLean to BWI..on both outbound and inbound trips for my family of 6 and luggage the vehicles were very comfortable, and the drivers Aziz and Bilawal exceptionally courteous and professional. The cars were a 10, the drivers a 10.
Why use anyone else when you have this level of service and attention. In a competitive service industry, RMA stands out.

Ben Severe & Mike Pagano were great to work with to find the proper sized vehicle for my wife's birthday celebration. Taha, our chauffeur, was flexible, patient, and accommodating and got us safely to and from our destination. I feel they charge more than the service provides. I also had a recent issue which to defend them they did resolve it after numerous phone calls spanning a few days. It wasn’t until I was able to reach someone who could handle an accounting problem that things could get resolved. It all began when someone tried to make me my own account which ended up messing up everything. I requested that perhaps we try to resolve the matter at another time since I was in a situation having just lost my mother. I was not met with much empathy and I felt that none of what did happen needed to happen at that time. I emailed the company to express my discontent in a polite manner but never received a return email. I will not be using the service again. And just was able to get another ride to the airport for 1/3 of the cost with no less service. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because they did fix the accounting issue. It is not for service which had been messed up numerous times in the past where I had to call to ask where my driver was since an email was consistently sent to the wrong email instead of spite of telling them the correct one.

Rented two shuttles to transport my wedding guests from the National Mall to a hotel in DC. One of the drivers got so confused and overwhelmed that she straight-up quit—just… didn’t show up. Half my wedding guests were left stranded because navigating the National Mall (an area specifically designed for tour buses) was apparently too much to handle. If your drivers can’t manage DC’s most iconic and tour-bus-friendly area, I’m not sure how you can operate as a transportation company.
