Respectful, fast and efficient. Easy check in and out. Plenty of room to put trailer. Loaders don't start until after 7:20 A.M., don't come earlier and expect to get loaded.

Got here on time but lazy land has the floor full from the day before. You have to fill 2 sheets with the same info you’re providing in the BOL. Just to delay the process and tell you there is no room. That happens when bureaucracy takes over labor. Iys not on the crew, it’s bad management. Good luck truck drivers!!!

I advise anyone PLEASE DONT COME NEAR THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A CLOCK, SOMEWHERE TO BE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOUR ABOUT TO BOOK A LOAD COMING HERE DONT !!! THEY DO NOT RESPECT APPOINTMENT IF A REVIEW SAYS THEY DO THEIR LIES THEY Get their own ppl in first which is why all otr trucks just sit there how can you have someone here for 9 hours and still not start to unload

The staff is so much rude
Too much slow even they don’t have too much deliveries
My product deliver time is 2 pm
And they unload my trailer at 6 pm
And i also share pictures u also guys how much busy it is .

WORST PLACE EVER IN ILLINOIS FOR DELIVERY.!! They are super super super SLOW . Will waster your whole day here . Do not come here if u pickup scheduled for same day ,,. Place is trash . They Need to fire the whole staff & hire new staff. Plz avoid this placr if possible, they don’t respect driver time here .. BS PLACE

Good customer service, do not arrive early. show up at your appointment time and you should get a door in 2-4 hours. Be patient, guys, overnight parking is available.
