I had the best experience with Rix. Arrived this morning to see what they had in stock. Not only did they have it, but they delivered it an hour later. The technicians that delivered also moped the floor behind them. Do yourself a favor and go to Rix and support local family owned business.

Amazing experience with this place! When our washer went out we called them up and went to see what they had. We got a GREAT deal, on a brand new washing machine. Chase was so great at returning our calls and getting everything worked out for us. The nice man at the counter loaded the washer up for us and we have been using it for a few weeks now with no issues. Would highly recommend them!

I was in the market for a new refrigerator and being a business owner in town who has bought roughly 100 appliances from RIX over the past 20 years For rental homes homes that I own and felt as if I needed to introduce myself to the gentleman who answered the phone because I did not recognize his voice. Normally companies like my own when they know a customer of 20 years, they will do anything they can to help that customer. I’m not going to give somebody a bad review because I know it can be devastating to a business so I’m giving an explanation and a middle of the road review. I would hate for somebody to do that to me, especially the ones who don’t even comment of why they left the bad review. As I am introducing the fact that I’ve done business with them for two decades and have filled many rental homes with their appliances, the man on the phone literately said “whatever man, I don’t care what do you need” I stated that I needed refrigerator and wanted to use the companies that have always supported. I wanted to spend a couple thousand dollars. I then got put on hold four times And I’m still not even really sure why I didn’t hang up. Very disappointed because I had cash burning a hole in my pocket and was going to spend it there today. I’d rather spend the extra $500 Somewhere else.

Our builder used Rix so there was no choice in the matter. The WORST Customer service and quality of work I have ever experienced in literally 30 or 40 years. The man on the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoken to on the phone in a customer service capacity, downright mean and condescending. DO NOT use this HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING business. I cannot say enough bad things about the man on the phone and the quality of work absolutely the worst.

After waiting back for a call to see if someone could come out on Saturday no one ever bothered to call. Over the phone it was $300 on the 1st call 2nd call was $375 and by the 5th call after a week and 1/2 they didn’t fix my kind of washer. After they already knew the brand of washer. Maybe they don’t like Cubans.‍♀️

I bought a stainless steel French door(freezer at the bottom) Frigidaire refrigerator from RIX a little over a year ago. The refrigerator arrived with several imperfections in the stainless steel doors. I took pictures and sent them to Bubba who assured me they would be replaced. I called back twice and spoke to him regarding the replacements and was told that they would be replaced when he spoke to his Frigidaire rep. A year later and still no doors and not one phone call from RIX or anyone else at the store.
Save yourself the hassle and just buy from a big box store. If the item is damaged they'll take it back and bring you a new appliance.

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered trying to get lined up with a repair. Rude, impatient, nontransparent. I say this after having given them my business over the years with 5 total appliances purchased and installed. I always prefer to support local small business but it will be elsewhere.
