Just purchased 2024 KRX 4 se es from RiverRat off-road bullhead Az location!!! It was one of the smoothest no stress purchases I’ve made. The whole staff was super helpful. Cody my sales guy was amazing I showed up to get the car it was cleaned and gone through ready to go!!! The whole process took 30 mins and I was back on the road!!!! Great experience purchasing a 2024 Beta RS 500. Worked with Jason who ordered the bike for me online. The communication was excellent and they kept me informed thru the complete purchase and delivery. They even delivered the bike for FREE!. They also have pick-up and delivery service to either the Lake Havasu store and Bull Head store, which makes this very convenient since I am in Golden Valley. Thanks so much Jason and to Mike who delivered the bike. Mike was very knowledgeable and thorough showing me all the intricacy of the new bike. Jason, the manager was absolutely incredible. The smoothest transaction we’ve ever made on the side-by-side. They help build out the rig to exactly how we wanted. I would go to River rat for all my side-by-side needs. We Drive from Wickrnburg, AZ to Lake Havasu just to buy and service our rig.

They burned us on a carb repair at the havasu store for 950.00 I wouldn't trust them with a lawnmower. I tried taken it to the owner they took may cash and told me to kick rocks. Bad business bad rep ..don't trust them.

Jason and River Rat are great. My Teryx 4 LE met an unfortunate end while piloted by my son a few months after I purchased. No one hurt but I worked with Jason to replace. He was fantastic. He and River Rat bent over backwards to help me buy another. Between insurance and offers provided by River Rat, my ultimate cost to replace was minimal. I was shocked. Also, in order to accommodate my schedule, Jason met me and closed sale on day off. Absolutely recommend Jason and River Rat.
