Zero stars if I could. My 300 gal tank got down to about 30%. I called to have 100 gal put in the tank. This was on 1/9/25. They said it would be scheduled for the following Thursday (1/16/25). On Thursday no one showed up, no one called to tell me they weren’t going to show up and my tank was hovering a little over 20%. Friday morning (1/17/25) I called to inform them no one had showed up. No apologies, no customer SERVICE, the just said someone would come out ‘today’( Friday, 1/17/25). It is now 10:30 PM and no one showed up, no phone call, nothing. Completely ignored by a supposed service provider. Now I have to wonder if I have enough gas to stay warm over the weekend since no one is going to be open. Please, PLEASE look somewhere else if you want a decent propane service company. I most definitely am.

The people here are RUDE! And disrespectful. They had a repo with A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER, who need I mind you had nothing to do with me or my house house I didn’t even know the previous customer and instead of trying to schedule a decent time to pick it up he came and woke my WHOLE HOUSEHOLD. I was gonna to contact in regards of their service, but I won’t use they business due to the lack of courtesy they have showed me as a potential customer. Then need I mind you he doesn’t move my property back that he moved and proceeded to honk the horn as he left. I find it distasteful and disrespectful

Absolute worst gas company in Polk county!!! They have the rudest people working there and you can never get gas brought out when you need it!!!

Reply to owner: everybody don't have money to call when it gets that low!!! But will definitely be switching to a better company that isn't RUDE and inconsiderate! It is y'all fault that y'all have 1 truck running!! That's a joke!

This is the worse place ever to try and get propane. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Who passes up on making money these days. There is way better companies around to get propane from.

When we bought our house. I called and set up for a tank delivery, fill up and leak check, and it was raining and cold, but they were here anyway. I just wish they offered after hours delivery

It's just gas. I put money on my acct so winter won't be so cold. The mo of August they do customer appreciation. Fill your tanks at discount. We have had no problems here. Other companies we did. I stay here with River City.

I called these people to set me service up they was out the same week with a tank and came in Saturday and got gas on Monday morning. These people are very nice and eager to get you set up. I love the extra kindness from everyone I spoke to.
