I have never had any issues with this pharmacy but recently I got prescribed a new medication, since been prescribed theses meds i'm mistreated, Rudely talk to, they also make me wait all day for my medication, I'm told I can pick up my meds a couple days early and then I'm talked to as if I'm bugging them when the staff tells me the days I can pick up (very confusing ). On the 19th I saw my eye doctor, he sent eye drops to the pharmacy ( one of the women told me I can get my meds 2 days early which happened to be that day ) I called and I was put on hold right away, the women then gets on the phone and asked if I was and she said my name, I said yes and then was put on hold AGAIN! after being put on hold for a few mins, the male pharmacist gets on the phone and starts talking and assuming, telling me I can't get my meds early.....when I originally calling about my EYE DROPS that were just sent there. In the middle of saying my peace he completely ignored me and put me back on hold. SO RUDE!! I hung up and called again and said my peace, Don't work in a pharmacy if that's how your going to treat people! it's completely unprofessional!

100% terrible. You get to start off with rude Kristin on the phone. I would guess she hates her job as a pharmacy tech and her life too. Even when I go in person she's a cold standoffish employee. The pharmacist is smug and doesn't want to have to do anything extra to facilitate a needed medication that I'm detoxing from. All the time they probably think they're helpful and taking care of customers. The customers that ensure they have a job to go to. It's been going on for years otherwise I'd let it go. It's not ok

Nate is the best pharmacy manager that I have been served by! He is excellent at administering vaccinations! He is fair at administering pharmacy discount programs! He is an expert at answering questions about new prescriptions!

This pharmacy is a joke!!! I have tried to stay patient and supportive of this location over the years and have been continuously let down. The staff is very rude and uncaring. Communication is extremely poor. After supporting it for over 20 years I'm finally moving to a new pharmacy. The pharmacists themselves are good but it's the staff around them that pulls everyone and everything down. I overheard one staff member bad mouth me to another and actually lie about what she had just told me. When I called her out on it she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I was just told my daughter's medication would have to be ordered and it would be ready the next day (a Friday) at 2 pm. When that time rolled around and I went to pick up I was informed that the medication would not be available until Monday and that I can just take her to the ER for help. It's only a matter of time before this pharmacy faces a lawsuit.

I have been using this right aid pharmacy since it opened because they have the drive thru which is pretty much useless if there is more than one car in line. This last issue is the last straw. I already moved myself over to CVS and will be doing the same with the kids. This pharmacy does not call you and let you know that they cannot fill your prescription. So you will go there and wait in the line for 10-20 minutes because you were told your prescription will be ready after “3pm”. Only to be told that they can’t fill your prescription and that it’ll be ready the following day. No one calls you.

The store itself is clean and usually has a good selection of garden stuff. Usually there is only 2 cashiers so if one is out lunch and you want ice cream you could be waiting for a few minutes. Cashiers always seem friendly. Lots of parking.

I made an appointment over a week ago to get a covid vaccine today. I arrived at the correct time but was told they did not have any and that no one had any. No one called me and I took off work to get this vaccine. I was very disappointed. I called Vons and they had them. So much for no one has them. Oh they also said they emailed me to cancel my appt but a search of my email proved they were not being truthful. Do not go here, they seem to have trouble caring about anyone but themselves and with telling the truth.
