It is really good place to go for cans and bottles. Staff is friendly, easy to get to and easy to get out of, wait times are usually short. My only complaint is their hours do not reflect actual hours they are open. Just assume their hours are 8:30-11:30am then 1:00-4:00pm. They quite often open late, close for lunch, and then close early. Hence the 4 stars over 5

Very unprofessional , bad experience, timings mentioned on Google till 5pm , written outside entrance 4:30pm, reached 4:20pm, even enter inside but no service provided, drive all the way so far, wasted time and gas.

I was recommend by a friend to go here, so one day on a Saturday I went in with one tall kitchen trash bag (13 gallons) of cans. That day a nice gentleman helped me, and although it was packed nobody told me I had to park on the side, so I parked near the bins. I thought they had good service until today. Today I went in with one big black trash bag (33 gallons) the place was literally empty except with one person in front of me. They would not let me park near the bins because of trucks coming in. Granted I would understand if there would have been more people ahead of me to move to the side. But there was no one else except for 1 person and they were rude about me parking by the bins. They also paid me a lot less then the first time I went there and that is why I do not recommend this place.

I have been coming hear for years
They always are nice and willing to help. If they suspect a theft then
there is probably a good reason. Just in case you didn't know all Recyclers get notified if copper has been stolen. If you don't like Rick's try another reputable place and see if they don't treat you like a thief. That is when lots of copper comes up missing. I have a feeling you'll know when it happens.

Worst place to business with every time i turn in any copper material they treat u like a thief. I am more than happy to turn in my i.d and any other information but even like that they think u have stolen it or something. I know there is proper procedures to turn in stuff like that but sheeshh. Some old asian guys has the worst customer service skills u can clearly tell he's not happy to work there at all . I try to avoid that place not a great experience at all.

Selling metal wasn't very profitable to me, it sucked. Selling cans maybe okay, I'll try it next. Not really crowded in and out really quick. Enter on side street off Union Ave..
