Ordered new lenses for Nike Skylon and Nike Trainers. Ordering was easy, they arrived a couple days later. The Skylon lenses popped right in. The Trainers are a stiffer frame and after an hour all in: cleaning the slots, warming the frame, testing the patience of Allie at the support desk they just popped in. Not sure what I did different but ‘pop’ and they were in. Lenses look great, super clear - maybe another 8 years!

I wish I could give these lenses 5 stars as they were great in the beginning and such an amazing idea (plus local company to Oregon) but they started to peel/fail after 2 years of light wear and I can no longer look through them without seeing the marks. All the customer service rep at Revant said was “sorry, out of our 1 year warranty, we are continuously improving our quality, here’s 15% off”. My wife’s set is going strong but mine failed and I wear them less than her. When you spend $40 per pair of lenses you’d hope they last longer than that.

I had previously order two lenses for my Oakley Plaintiff frames and I was very disappointed.

First reason was both lenses in colors "Polarized Midnight Sun MirrorShield" and "Polarized Black Chrome MirrorShield" were not mirrored at all. I was able to see my eyes even in low light conditions in comparison to the actual Oakley lenses that i originally purchased.

The second reason was the fit of the lenses into the frames were absolutely horrendous. The "Polarized Midnight Sun MirrorShield" lenses poped out every time and hardly fit unless you really forced them in and held them down tight while screwing them in. Compared to my original lenses which I was able to slide them in and screwed them shut with minimal effort, theses were a pain.

My third and final reason which really pushed me over the edge was the fact that the tinting was so light that I found myself still squinting even with the glasses on. (Mind you I'm was not looking directly at the sun nor was I in the direction on it). Comparing both lenses with the lightest lens that I originally had for Oakley which were chrome, mirrored and unpolarized with a grey undertone, these lenses was complete trash.

After filling out a survey and telling them my distain with my lenses, they offered to send my these "Elite lenses" that were actually thicker like my Oakley lenses and just a dark I found out by their "Experience Guide" Matt that there was a huge disconnect and they do not make the Elite lenses for my frames.

My level of pissed the hell off is now through the roof, but Matt successful helped defuse the situation but giving me options that may actually work out for me or i can just return them and get a refund. Well I choose to hear him out and he gave me two lens options that have darker undertones that will allow for a better tint for the sun's rays while allowing for a better mirroring affect. The two choices were the "Polarized Stealth Black" and the "Polarized Bolt Gold MirrorShield" which both have a Amber undertone making them much darker then the last two I received. Unfortunately this meant I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get lenses due to the process of sending them the originals, having them process those and then ship out the replacements during the busy holiday season.

Well, Matt was able to upgrade me to 2day shipping with no cost to me and I had just received my lenses today 12/22/17. Now the only issue that I had with these new lenses were the fit; it took me about an hour to set all four lenses in place and to make sure that the frame held them in properly. I can only say that I am very satisfied with the lenses and the tint and mirroring of them both. But once they get scratched that's it for my I'll just buy new glasses and call it a day.

These folks went out of their way to make sure I had the correct lenses for my shades. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, I let them know they didn't fit and they sent me a new set with the correct lenses and then told me to get creative with the old ones so no new packing material was wasted. Awesome customer service. And exceptional product.

For all the years that I have been buying replacement lenses for these stupid sunglasses, you guys never fail! My last order was within the last month and I had ordered two sets and only one pair arrived. Within a week I had the second and never is an issue with anything! I love you guys and I will continue to buy my replacement lenses from you. I love yous! 10. Stars would not be enough, but I would leave 20 if I could! You guys are the bomb and have been for many many years! I do not know why I have never left a review because I think of myself as the review queen, but tonight I realized I have never left a review for you guys so now I believe I’ve left a review for everybody that’s coming in contact with me! job well done and Hope you’re around for the rest of my life!

The new lens I ordered didn't fit my frame. To return them, I had to fill out a form online, then wait for someone to email me back. It's been a week with emailing back and forth, and still no resolution. This has been an awful customer experience. Will not buy from Revant again

Worst company ever. Ordered from them a month ago and still haven’t received anything. Emailed the company and no reply whatsoever. I was supposed to receive items in 7 days. Never buy anything from this place. All those reviews are fake. Look at some of the pictures those reviewers posted. Its professional and scripted. Don’t fall for this scam of a company

the worst customer experience ever. first time order, lens arrived and wasn't cut correctly so it didn't fit in frame. they dont provide phone number so good luck ever speaking toa human to resolve. messed around with chat bot to no avail. emailed multiple times no response. a day later still no response. finally tracked number down and got in touch with arrogant condescending rep who explained only 2 people work there and they are both sick. tried to explain issue was referred to email again (that no one there responds to) to email picture of lens not fitting. long story short save yourself frustration of attempting to be a customer of this company and purchase direct from Rudy Project or get lenses from Fuze. Nite and day difference in customer experience. The flippant condescending attitude was the icing on the cake.
