I am a Restore Santa Barbara founding member and originally joined because I was looking for somewhere local to do cryotherapy. I then learned about all the services being offered and became super excited! By becoming a member it has definitely enhanced my overall wellness. The way I feel after receiving various services and treatments keeps me coming back for more on a regular basis. It has become a home away from home for me. Karlyn and her team are the best of the best and it feels like one big happy family when I come in. Everyone is so knowledgeable and supportive. There is always good music playing and a fun peaceful vibe. It clearly makes my day better and helps my overall mindset when I get to do at least one of the services. There is something for everyone whether you want to hop in the sauna, freeze, do red light, compression boots, get a facial, enjoy the oxygen boost from the MHbOT or have a drip. It's a true wellness retreat. I appreciate having this convenient location so close to home and am grateful for the balance & recovery it brings to my life. I highly recommend Restore SB to all!

The staff at Restore Hyper Wellness are amazing. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly, they make you feel comfortable from day one.
All of the services have been helpful in healing my body, especially the sauna and compression treatments. My lymphatic massage therapist always sees a marked difference when I’ve visited Restore before my appointments.
The cryotherapy is fantastic for inflammation and I find it so much easier than cold plunging.
