Resource MFG has HR offices onsite at some of their larger contracts; instead of Temps trying to reach someone at the branch. That is not really explained clearly during hiring or orientation
So employees try to get to the branch that they are hired through when they have issues. It is almost impossible to reach anyone at Smyrna, TN Office.

If it gave me a chance to leave 0 stars, I would. Very unprofessionally business. Never answers calls, rude through text message, very hard to find, and don’t even have a “ResourceMFG” label in front of their business. 0-10 rating. Don’t visit here at all. Try a different staffing agency. Thank me later! My brother Just got off the phone with HR due to someone being rude and didn’t even wanted to provide me their name nor manager’s name. Sketchy and needs more professional, older, and understanding workers. 9/10 if you call them and they know you’re looking for a job (they can recognize who’s number calling) they won’t even answer.

I come in for a specific job and get told all that's available is one general labor job. It's the complete opposite of what I applied for. They lie to you to get you in and hope you'll just take what they have.

How do you all literally have one option available for a job anyways?

Molly White was very friendly and quickly answered all my questions. I will recommend her to all my friends and family. Gary Hawkins greeted me at the door shaking my hand and stating how happy he was see me come in. He also explained the the employee referral benefits. Both employees was extremely helpful and friendly and I look forward to becoming a team member.

There job listing on website is not accurate. Set appointment and applied for the worker to tell me they do not have anything available. She then referred me to Generel Millls location but orientation doesn't start to the 22nd of February. Do Not waste your time or gas to apply here. They do not have work is what was told to me. Maybe I'm not the right nationality. 🤔.

Not worth the hassle smh. I've never applied to a company that was so unprofessional.....

I gave them another shot. Called them today to ask about jobs they have available. The woman who answered sounded hispanic, but she seemed to not know what she was doing. I asked about locations of different jobs and she couldn't provide any information except its in Nashville. I'm sure I'm not the first to ask. I was wanting to know how far I'd have to commute. She was of no help at all. She also mentioned that all jobs available were Fork lift only.

I was so floored by how Tammara Spradley sought out to find me a fit for the type of work i was looking for. She was so, so kind & friendly & warm I knew I was in the best hands. Every person there, even the operations manager made me feel like I was going to be apart of a great team.
