I live in a rental, so I forget if RS pick up or WM, will save number since it's RS. I called WM since they the first to pop up on Google after about 15min of trying to get connect to a human I gave up, their system doesn't understand. I called RS and after 2 min I got an actual human to speak with. She answered all my questions. Spent 3 min on phone with them got what I needed. Customer service for RS is great. 2nd time talking to them and getting the results i needed. WM Customer service sucks!

This company is racist and they discriminate. I worked for two years for them worked my ass off 50 to 55 hours a week sometimes one day off to help them! I was fired with no verbal warning, no written warning no three day suspension which is their policy! Terrible company I do not suggest anyone expect a long-term career with them!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. My trash cans have been on their way since August 5th. Ever day I call I here a new date. I've been in my home since 7/27 & we are now running on close to a month with no trash cans. Where do they expect me to put all my trash?!

This is the worst company I've ever delta with & unfortunately I'm stuck with dealing with them

Would give less than 1 star if i could.
Monday trash did not get picked up due to a large item in the bin. Called them on Monday to reschedule a trash pickup and they scheduled me for wednesday telling me to put my trash out tuesday night.

Wednesday comes… no trash pick up. Called again on wednesday only to be told they didnt come on wednesday because it was rescheduled to tuesday (the day before). This was NOT COMMUNICATED TO ME.

So we decided to reschedule for a thursday pickup. Just got home thursday night and my trash bin is still full. I will have to call the next day now (friday) to reachedule but at this point these lazy people have dragged their feet for an entire week and im out of garbage space.

These truck drivers are lazy and dont care. Same goes for every single customer service rep. They will make false promises behind a friendly voice and F you. These people honestly shouldnt even be getting paid CA min wage. Needs to be lower.

Republic service sucks. Their customer service is non-existent. They have missed our pickup day for the past 3 weeks. We are filing a formal complaint with the city. Never use this company they're awful.

Very poor service all around. When I moved and called to start service at the new location they took down my information and said pickups would start the following week. But several weeks went by without a single pickup. I called back again and after waiting on hold I got connected to someone who said my information was saved as a "quote" and that my service wasn't active! And even then, I had to call back another two times to get old trash bins picked up and new ones delivered. I was also given very confusing and conflicting billing information. During my multiple calls with Republic I've been told various incorrect information such as the recycling bins are a separate charge, billing is monthly vs. bimonthly, and I wasn't told about different bin size options. Garbage pickup is often late and I'll get annoying calls from Republic about them running behind. It happens more often than it doesn't, at this point I just always assume they're late.

Republic Services regularly misses pick ups. 1 star for when they actually do make a pick up and 1 star for at least coming out the next day when a missed pick up is reported. I've never had a waste pick up company perform so badly. I don't understand why they constantly miss scheduled pick ups. Rancho Cordova needs to hire a different company to handle their waste, or Republic Services needs an overhaul. Their app is pretty nice, though.

3 weeks ago the trash truck managed to slam my recycle can hard enough to remove the lid and break the axle and tires completely out of the can. Leaving it in 3 pieces in the street. The same night i requested a replacement from republic via the app. When no one acknowledged me within a few days, i submitted a second request. This time they sent a message that the can would be replaced 2 weeks after they broke it. I received a message to bring it to the curb on 8/28.

The 28th came and the trash truck which busted the can took the can and about 3hrs later a truck load of new cans arrived. The truck sat in front of my house for a minute then left (did not leave a can). Approximately 3hrs later i called republic and they said thats weird but assured me it was handled and i would have a recycle can by close of business this day.

8/29 still no recycle can so i made a 4th request before calling again. When i called i was advised i was not given a can as i never returned the broken one (the one they took at 7am on the 28th). I asked to just cancel my service as its easier than dealing with them and was advised IT IS MANDATORY to pay these people!!! Not that they serve you just that you pay them!! They are gonna research and see if they can solve whats happening! Ha!!

Do not get me wrong the people at the call center are so nice and i dont think any of this is their fault but the company in general, knows you have no choice but subscribe to them, so they could give af about you or your service!!
