Great service. Connected the day I called, while still on the phone. Never had an issue and it's been three years now! Up front terms and pricing, nothing hidden. Billing and payment is easy and convenient. The online account makes it easy to track my usage. They offer other services,; I appreciate the surge protection since I live in an older home. Definitely recommend Reliant!

We have been with them for over a year now. I only have nice things to say. Last time we talked to them was over their chat. My wife spoke to a live representative, who was able to answer her questions. No hold. No accent. No trouble listening. All over chat. 10 out of 10 - would recommend.

Reliant was very helpful at helping me pay my final bill. I used Reliant for several years and they are basically a good company. This last time I asked about updating my contract, "We can just give you the same contract you had last time." So I went shopping....

I’ve been with reliant for 4 years at my current location and 1 year at a different location. I’ve never had an issue with them. Their customer service is great and they have an extremely convenient mobile app where you can make payments or set up auto-pay. I’m actually sad they do not service the area I’m moving too, I would’ve kept them as my electric provider. Thanks for the consistent great service, Reliant!

I do not recommend. If you go out of town and anything happens, they do not notify you. My freezer is full of spoiled food and I had no idea my electric was shut off. See pic of mess I get to clean up. No email or text. The phone agents are not well trained and give conflicting answers. One said I could use a debit card to pay auto pay, the third agent said I could. I’m still not sure if I’ve got everything set up correctly!

I went online to see my bill and pay it. The system told me: "The Document you requested was not found or
failed to process correctly." I had a "chat" with Omar. After several minutes of checking, Omar said he was sending me an email copy of my bill. He said the email might take up to two hours to arrive. Omar seemed to be efficient. Your computer system does not seem to be. This whole process needs to be more expedient and not so convoluted.

Green mountain energy has been my provider for several years. They always answer any questions that I have about my bill. They are polite, treat me with respect when I call. When it comes time to renew my contract it is done quickly.

Javier was simply amazing. I drove 3000 miles to arrive and not have electricity or water. I called every number I found with no luck till I found Javier. He took the time to make sure my family was not stuck in the heat and was safe before talking about setting up the electric. He went a step further and gave me the info I need to set up my water. I understand It is his job to sell me electriciy but it is not his job to make sure we are safe. I am extremely thankful for that and will be a customer for a long time just because of the love I felt. That is going above and beyond. That is what I call world class customer service.
