Back in early June, a young man named Bryan Braunstein convinced me to consider seeing if my ancient roof had sustained wind damage in recent storms. Bryan is the sales rep for Rejoice and Restore.

He returned with coworker Jamie Roche a few days later and they assessed the roof, taking pictures by drone as they went along. Upon analysis, Bryan informed me that there was absolutely wind damage.

Next Bryan arranged for an inspection by my insurer's adjuster. They met and inspected the roof together.

Rejoice and Restore takes all the necessary steps to file the claim on your behalf and see it through to its approval, including completing the project. You really don't have to do anything.

Bryan submitted the claim for wind damage to the insurer. At first they would only approve a repair for the back side of the roof. Bryan came back and got more pictures and supplied the claims adjuster with supporting evidence along with supportive scientific analysis. The claim was escalated to a higher level and more pictures and more analysis of what wind damage looks like were supplied to the insurer. In the end, his evidence couldn't be dismissed and he reminded them that they had to adhere to the match law. It went from a partial roof repair to a complete replacement! I've never seen someone fight so hard for someone else, but his belief in right and wrong was unstoppable. He knew he was right. I got a new roof for the price of my insurance deductible.

Last Wednesday the roof was replaced. There wasn't a single hitch in the process. The crew came in, tore off the old roof and installed the new one. In one day. My yard is a nightmare to work in because there's a lot of pollinator plant growth everywhere. The crew was incredibly careful and respectful of my yard.

The new roof is simply beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof! Every person in this company is incredibly hard working, respectful and good at what they do.

Worked with Hank who was great with communication through the entire process. Install and cleanup with Andrew were also top notch.
