Wish I could give 0 stars. I've been waiting for my propane tank since before the start of winter. I was told it would be here and hooked up at the beginning of December. That date was pushed back. I was told it would be here at the beginning of January, now I was told it would be delayed again, perhaps in February it will be delivered. I initially had a good experience with his company but since I moved and transferred services I have been less than satisfied with this company. Unfortunately, I won't be using this company from now on. I would not recommend this company.

Shoutout to the tanker that pulled a Fast & Furious move this morning (4/14) around 7:15 after filling up at the stop near Oak Street in Hamburg. It sped up fast towards the exit, just to cut me off hard trying to get on 23 South, only to then cruise like it was towing a glacier. I get it, you're heavy and full, but there was literally no one behind me.

We pay for a 24/7 emergency service contract, yet when we actually had an emergency, this company completely failed us. With the recent cold snap, we ran out of oil and called for emergency service at 9 PM last night. It is now 12 hours later, and all we’ve received is a call telling us that we might get oil by 2 PM—that’s 17 hours without heat or hot water in the dead of winter!

I have a family of five, and we woke up this morning to a freezing 45-degree house with no way to shower or stay warm. We pay a premium for this contract so that in cases like this, we get immediate assistance—not excuses about how the provider is in Hackensack and will “get there when they get there.”

This level of service is beyond unacceptable. What exactly are we paying for if they can’t even send someone with 10 gallons of oil to tide us over? Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being left in the cold—literally.

**I would like to edit this review to say that we ended up getting a call not long after this review was posted letting us know that oil was on the way and 10 gal were delivered at 10:21am. We officially have heat back 13 hours after our original call.**

No contract, 10 years with this company and out of the blue the charge me $6.90 a gallon for propane. They said if I don't use enough propane in the 2025 and refuse an order at whatever price they want to charge me they will close the account and pick up the tanks! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE OLD BULLY MAFIA TACTICS! Worst company I they have ever Delt with in my life. Garbage tactics, they should be investigated for fraud!!!

Beware the run-around. Everyone in the company told me different things, from the sales rep to the office staff to the tech that came to my house. Prices, procedures, dates, you name it.

In response to the owner: I already spoke with a customer service rep who did nothing except apologize repeatedly. Then your office told me I still had to pay the surprise installation fee and tacked on an additional month for installation and delivery of tanks.

Needed a new boiler. The installation went smoothly and in a timely manor. The installers were professional and courteous. The were careful to clean up after the work was completed. The Sales staff and customer service staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Was charged $4.59 per gallon on auto delivery. Local oil delivery was $2.89 on the same day for will call!!! Do not use! Will gouge you every chance they get

We had a service contract and Region Oil charged $313.00 for service without us having any inking that we'd have to pay for this service. The technician should've made us aware if indeed this was true. I called the service manager countless times without a response; when he finally did respond, he was generous with his words, and his explanation for why this happened was totally unsatisfactory.
