My husband and I visited the Chatsworth Ga lot on a Saturday morning. We originally were looking on the lot in the rain. John and Mathew came out to meet us and let us know they had some tractors inside that we could take closer look at. John let us know the multiple options available that fit what we were looking for. The boys had numerous shoppers come in while we were trying to decide what was best for us. They rotated everyone around and made sure they were providing the best customer service. We test drove three different tractors that day. We ended up not purchasing and left to think on it and do more research before making the commitment. John followed up with a call the next business day answering some of the questions we had. With their help we decided what we wanted. We requested to add a third function, different tires, added ballist to tires and added two attachments. When we pulled up everything was complete on the tractor and all items awaiting pickup.
The paperwork was mostly done online and the pick up was simple. They showed us how to use certain parts of the tractor and helped us load everything. We were gifted Reed and Reed shirts, a hat and new friends in the tractor business.

Brian in the Parts Department is AMAZING! I had screws and washers fall out of my Toro lawn mower seat. He worked tirelessly with Toro to get the parts replaced at no charge. He really went above and beyond. I will look to them first when I have another purchase.

I dislike their service. They do not go by appointment. They work on it when they want too. They tell me I have a bad transmission in my mower and tell me I can’t wash my mower. They said I got moisture in the transmission pumps. I contact Spartan and they said if that happens all you have to do is drain and fill the transmission not replace it. Reed and Reed said the transmission was bad and Spartan wouldn’t warranty it. Make your own decision but I made mine when my mower was down and I had to go buy another one from a great Scag dealership.

I bought a new Mahindra 20s HST with box blade and bush hog after finding them online through a Google search. Initially, I called them and spoke with John and Matt on the phone who gave me the info that I needed and got me pre-approved for the new tractor. I drove down today, signed the papers and had the tractor delivered. I used it tonight for the first time on our driveway. The entire experience was phenomenal from beginning to end, and the price was more than reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for any of your equipment needs. Thank you, guys!
