They just can’t get it right. They miss my trash and recycling routinely. I’ve spoken to supervisors numerous times that say they will be monitoring it to make sure my trash gets picked up, and they never do. I’ve had their service for many years. And at least once a month they miss mine. It’s not that difficult. And they never offer to make a credit or refund even though they’re not providing the service I’ve paid for. I will be filing a complaint. I’ve had it.

These people are difficult to deal with. I called near the end of the year and they cannot accommodate. But they refused to give me a "credit" that rolls over to the next year. And the person on the phone insists on the exact description of the items. When I told her it's going to be <30 lbs. and something that one person can pick up easily, she wouldn't accept it. Really inflexible.

I was over billed since June 2024, still trying to call/email them to fix the incorrect charge. They charged me for 64 gallon ($80+), but I only have a 32 gallon ($30+) bin. Been trying to solve this for over 3 months. Each time I called them, they say they need to do an "audit" to confirm I have a 32 gallon bin., but after it was "confirmed" by their driver, I'm still charged for 64gallon. Called again, and they say they need to do another audit because the previous audit was not complete, and ask me to wait again. Who's doing the financial audit for this company? Please contact me for proof of intentional misbilling.

They're supposed to take the trash out once a week but this is the third week in a row they haven't come by. Our trash bins are OVERFLOWING now. Recology doesn't refund for the weeks they've missed trash pick up as well. would not recommend their services

This is the worst service I have ever encountered over last 20+ year. Cannot access to my account to make payments via internet for 3 months after they can alter their website. They sent a bill by mail, but cannot reach anyone by phone. Their phone recording voice has broken, unclear voice; after pressing keys from their instruction, they just loop you over and over and over via their cracking voice. Why they are in business?

It sucks.
I made an appointment for large garbage pick up on 12/22. They asked me to take out the garbage before 22. It's 1/2 now, and the garbage is still sitting on my driveway. Even worse, nobody responds to my email or phone call.
But I guess whatever the feedback is doesn't matter, as we don't have an option.

Tried to call them on Friday 1:30pm only to hear a message saying "the office is now closed and the business hour is Mon-Fri 9-430pm"

How does this make sense.

Update: tried to call again on Monday 11:00am and the call simply got dropped showing "number not reachable".
How is this still a legit business used by cities all around?
