Still with this company but I might have to switch soon. I used to get monthly bills, now I just get billed every month and have to ask for a monthly bill. The website dashboard used to work but for the past 6 months it hasn't. The website does not even work anymore. Get it together, please and thank you

I was very happy with Real Simple but since they have been acquired they no longer provide any services except to bill you $9.00 a month. They no longer provide monthly bills on their dashboard. One of the alleged services was to review the bills for accuracy, which I seriously doubt is being done now. My contract is to reset with a new electric provider in 3 days per a post card from ERCOT. No information has been received from Real Simple to date.

I can't complain at all! Just works without me having to think about renewing a contract. They just do it and do the research for me and it's on autopilot. It's definitel;y worth the few buck a month I pay for them managing the contracts and getting me the best deal each year when its time. Saves me time and money!! Great idea and great company! I just leave it to them. When I had to manage it myself, the carriers will jump your rate every time the contract ends. The electrical companies won't remind you that they will jump your pricing and in some cases charge as much double your previous rate if you don't watch them.

I am super happy with Real Simple Energy! Each time they helped me pick my plan, I saved money. They also helped to educate me on how the “lowest rate” isn’t always so, depending on my usage and the small print. Now with their premium account management, I don’t ever have to worry about when my plan ends again and the rates going back up or having to figure out what plan is really cheapest. Real Simple Energy will handle the next contract for me automatically so I am always saving! You have nothing to lose really, but a high electric bill!

I have been attempting to contact RSE through email and phone for over a month now. I want to cancel my service with this company. Ever since they were bought out, there is zero customer service. Very disappointed. Answer your phones and email.
