This is a very organized facility that provides quality imaging at a reasonable price with very little wait even on their busiest days. The staff are all very nice and the techs that assisted me (Kellie and Olivia) were fast, respectful and made me feel as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Whenever I need a mammogram or other imaging, I refuse to use the hospital facility my provider refers me to and come here instead.

Great service they got me in and out very fast with doing a great and meticulous job. My xray guy was great. Would recommend this facility and staff to anyone in need of this service. Receptionist was also great got me in even though the times were messed up and made it work. They are the best I have ever been too.

I don’t really like to do reviews when there’s nothing good to say! (If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything) that being said, I arrived at my appointment three minutes late after stopping earlier in the day to see if I could get seen same day,..They asked me to come back in a few hours so they could see me same day. I gave them my insurance card w/ Updated info ,.. everything in terms of paperwork insurance and when I got there, they had old insurance information and because I was a few minutes late made me wait an hour without telling me they were gonna do that,..so I felt very targeted! When I questioned the long wait they said because we didn’t come 15 minutes early for paperwork which, ironically I did earlier in the day,.& they still had it wrong,..They made it a point to tell me how they were saving me the headache of improper billing,..Even though the staff were the ones who didn’t enter the correct info,..very disconnected between members of the same staff,.. They also said that the technician made the choice to take the others ahead of us due to our not being there 15 minutes early! This set up ill feelings to the provider/ technician before ever meeting her!

Staff is very thorough at explaining what the procedure is going to entail and always very concerned about my comfort level. Debbie in X-ray and Christa in ultrasound were calming and encouraging and managed my expectations of time when I had to wait for tests to be read. You have a great staff at this facility which is why I choose to go back instead of going somewhere closer.

I have been to Rayus Radiology twice for MRI's. Both times they have been kind, welcoming, and pleasant. My MRI techs have made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. They provide a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff. Assisted me as soon as I was on- site to go through paperwork. I didn’t have to wait to be seen by the X-ray technician. She was knowledgeable, asked questions and was easy to talk with. Very clean office too.

In and out! I got there and asked if I had time for a cup of coffee. They told me probably not but that I could bring it back there with me. Sure enough, I had about 2 sips and was called. For the Xray I didn't even have to disrobe, so 2 shots were taken, they checked them for clarity and boom! They were done, I slammed my coffee and was on my way.
