If I could give them a negative star I would. Worst and I mean absolutely the worst Emc company I have ever had! And I have lived in 4 different states! Be prepared to loose power on the average of every 2 weeks and the bare minimum of the restoration time is 4 hours! I mean bear minimum more like 6 to 8! I can’t buy groceries anymore because I have lost too much money buying and replacing! Also it doesn’t have to storm to loose power! It can be a beautiful day!! They are the worst company you could ever have your electric through!! But they are no other options in certain places and they know that!!! It’s joke. It was sunshine today and 100 degrees plus humidity and still without power for as of now 4 hours! No no urgency

Whoever I spoke with today has zero care or consideration for rayle customers. I haven't had a bad experience up until today. I use the prepaid option and today unfortunately it lapsed before I could make a payment on the account(not for lack of funds but because I did not get to the bank and deposit money before it disconnected) I tried to pay a decent amount on the account and it did not reconnect, so I called rayle. I explained the situation to the person on the phone and she explained that once the service is disconnected, I have to pay $50 to get it reconnected. I was quite flabbergasted, because it was only negative about $4. So I was basically told I couldn't get it turned back on to allow my children a cool environment because I lacked a small amount of the $50 fee. When I tried to express that I didn't have the amount needed and my frustration about that fact, I got cut off and was basically told do you need anything else, have a nice day. Like really?!? You get paid to handle customer interactions and this is how you operate?!? If I had a choice, I would not use their service

Absolute last in customer service. Power outages frequent while Georgia Power customers have very little downtime if ever!!!!!! I couldn't post 0 stars which is what they deserve!
Lights been off 4 HOURS and counting!!!!!!! Still have food on the stove i have to finish cooking from a power outage from 9pm. It's after 1 am!!!!!!!

THEY ARR TERRIBLE!!! The guy that’s over getting on the list for power hook up is only in the office, Monday’s and Wednesday’s. After leaving numerous of messages on his voicemail, I finally got in touch with him 2 weeks later from me initially calling. To make a long story short, I started this process over three months ago it’s July 18, 2021, and I still don’t have any power

Very "unprofessional," and not pleasant at all..if I could move my home two inches over the county line to receive Georgia Power Membership I would in a heart beat..The employees act like it's their own personal electricity..at least try to pretend you understand people are struggling, and not everyone is on drugs or alcohol..A little empathy goes a loooong way..the magazine is not inclusive of all ethnicity...
