The MOST DEDICATED utility company out there! I had my gate closed and this guy walked from the neighbors house, climbed a fence to get to my utility pole, got my utilities on and walked back! Sorry Rayle EMC, I didn’t open my gate but I thought the problem was down the road and not at my pole!.

I was their customer for 2.5 years. The customer service was unmatched compared to GA power during the previous 14 years. I had ONE outage in 2.5 years and my friends 5-10 miles away with other companies had outages during storms and any sort of bad weather. They also give courtesy calls around the holidays if your bill is getting close to being due. I highly recommend Rayle. The deposits are a little high (I paid $350 total, but worth it for the service).

My daughter had her power shut off because the previous tenants didn't pay the bill, she had to pay over $800 to get power turned on, when the bill was in someone else's name. She had to pay someone else's bill! They were not given a shut off notice or any notice that they were past due. How is it fair to hold someone accountable to someone else's bill. I would like to see a response from the company explaining how this is legal. I feel like this is a case for the courts. I would like to see at a minimum the over $800 she paid on someone else's account as a credit to her account.

Power outages are not far and between here at 1080 Williams Circle lincoln County. If the wind blow on a sunny day i'm afraid that i'll lose power. They are the only service provider for my area. It always take 2 to 3 hours or longer for power to be restored. What is the problem? I have lived other places and never experienced such inconvenient outages. Please come up with a solution for this constant problem. AG

Very rude. The customer service (staff) is very poor. They speak to you in a way as if you are a inconvenience to them. I’ve always paid on time and have never had an issue with billing.
