Cody and Jason were out today to service our AC. New build home that Ray and Sons did the AC installation. They have been very responsive in troubleshooting any issues with our new system and Ray and Sons as a whole has been very responsive and great to work with. Call to set up appointment to get an estimate was flawless.  Christian and his assistant showed up way early on the day of the appointment, which was fine (they did call me 30 minutes before hand).  Went through all that I wanted to get done (tankless hot water heater install, shut off valve move, generator install).  It has been 2 weeks and never got the estimate or any type of communication.  Called the office for a status of the estimate and they said I would have it by the end of the day or the next day.  That was almost 10 days ago.  Classic over promise and under deliver.   Very unprofessional.

Thanks for your response but you still never called or provided the quote. What was the point of a response with all your excuses if you still never intended / attempted to provide me with a quote? So much for earning my trust back.

I recently had my ac/heating system replaced. The two young men that did the removal of the old units and the install of the new units were wonderful. They were very polite, courteous and explained exactly what they were doing. All of our questions /concerns were answered. They were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves and didn't leave until they were satisfied that we had no issues. The new units are working great and I can already tell by our electric bill going down substantially. Thank you for your hard work and timely response.

My experience with Ray & Son Heating and Air Conditioning out of Nashville, GA, It was one like no other. These guys were Super Nice and Very Patient. Brett West who initially started the process, was extremely pleasant and reassuring. He answered any questions that I may have had prior to and during the process of replacing my unit. Not once did these guys make me feel insecure about the work that they were doing in replacing my unit. Jacob, Austin and Walker, who were responsible for installation, these guys worked diligently and it seemed like nothing phased them with the significant amount of work that was required for getting my unit installed (Trust Me, I had a mess, left by previous servicers). I was Super Impressed with the service that I received from Ray and Son Heating and Cooling. They came Highly Recommended and they have definitely exceeded my expectation. Several Members of my family has used them for Air Conditioning Installation at their homes. Their work comes with a guarantee and the assurance that you will not be disappointed. If you need to have your unit replaced or if you need treatment/maintenance on your current unit, these are the people to call. Thanks to Ray and Son for such amazing service.
