Horrible work. The two young 18 to 20 yr old Workers who are definitely not Licensed Electricians with a JE98 License were unable to complete the Job of Securing an Electric Panel to the Wall after Cutting the PNM Green Security Tag 😡. Took forever to finally admit they didn't know how to fix the very simple job. Sent me several Bills after several Months. I've had 5 Different Electric Companies do work for me and this was by far the worst. They Suck 👎 I should file a Complaint with the NM Regulation and Licensing Board.

I cannot express enough how much we appreciate Randy's Electric! Bonnie, Kolynn, and Aaron went above and beyond to help us navigate the steps for electricity to our home and property this year. It was a long process!!! They were our biggest cheerleaders the whole way. We are so blessed to have them in our community!!! Professional and honest! Job well done!! At the end, we also had 2 young
men come out from Randy's to install and hook up our panel to our home, so respectful and professional...no issues, they also did a great job!! I called back spoke to Aaron (BTW who is awesome) He came out gave estimate and put us on schedule. Work completed and very nice Tech's and work looks great. Inspectors took forever but Randy Electric was great. Lots of communication after everything got started.

It took them over 3 weeks to get my bill ready but I feel pressured me to pay after 5 days. When I was explaining how I felt Bonnie felt the need to talk over me. The tech the sent out was great but the billing/office was poor.

Called them to see if someone would come out and check on some issue I was having and after speaking to the lady she told me that someone would call me back to schedule. Never heard back from anyone.

Tried to get someone to come out, but they're booked 3+ weeks and could offer no references or referral to someone else. The female who answered the phone acted as if I inconvenienced HER for calling! This was the very first place I thought of based on past business dealings and following on LinkedIn and FB, but after today, I'd NEVER do business (electrical or other) or frequent their breweries.... Super poor customer service and couldn't care any less about others.
