Need better customer service. Clerk was allowing customer to grab cigarettes from the back bar, as I stood in line. Continued showing the customer a video and she acted like I wasn't there. As I stood there feeling like my money wasn't good for them, I left. I'm a corporate store manager for 7 Eleven and am currently a top store in the US. Why? Customer service.... I'm changing this status quo because this has become way to frequent in most store I visit.

The old woman that works here during the day is one of the rudest individuals I have ever come across, she is not friendly at all and apparently hates people which confuses me as to why she works at a gas station,,, except to say that she must be to ignorant to be able to do much else. I need to find out who her manager is and report her inappropriate behavior. I have zero tolerance for rudeness.

The Madera Ranchos Valero gas station is a part of my morning. My day doesn't Start until I've seen Lucy for gas, snacks and coffee. It's a joy and pleasure to always start my day with Lucy. She is cheerful, energetic and professional, also a great smile. Just like family.

As a resident it's the only place I trust for gas quality. Its also one of the cheaper Valero's in the area. Bonus points for not having computers that spout ads at you built into the gas pump.
