Nate and his team did awesome!! We needed radon mitigation due to a remedy request when selling our house. We had levels over 17.0 and were worried about getting them down in time.

Radon Reaperz were able to come out NEXT day after my call to install the system at a very good price!

They were able to get the levels down to 1.6! I could not recommend them more, as this experience was fantastic. If you are in my position, go with the Radon Reaperz!

Nate and the team’s attention to detail with the radon mitigation of our home gave us peace of mind to spend extended time in our finished basement. Their passion for health education and home safety with a twist of fun (gotta love great branding) was evident in every interaction. Within a week of contacting the team for a quote, we had an informative conversation about the installation and process, and in another week the first radon system was installed. I say first as the team’s testing procedures were so thorough that though the first fan had our radon levels below the EPA standards, they knew they could do better and installed a larger fan at no cost to us to reduce the radon exposure. We appreciate the team treating us and our home like we were family. In addition to their thorough knowledge and passion for radon safety, they live their values by overseeing and completing work that is clearly educated, transparently invoiced, safe, and aesthetic (inside and outside!) to have minimal impact to our home’s appearance. Reached out to Nate (co-owner) and received immediate response. He stopped out within 48 hours to look at our basement, provide estimate, and schedule install. They worked around some closets in our basement to avoid demo and loss of storage. Work was neat and clean. Levels went from 42psi to 1.6psi! Highly recommend Nate, Ken and team for your radon mitigation needs!!

This company was great to work with. On time. Very knowledgeable. Answered all my detailed questions. Same price charged as quoted. And our situation had me very apprehensive about everything because we have radiant heat in our basement floors and did not have a detailed diagram of its placement. So my fear was that the line would get hit! But these guys were very confident they would not hit it and they proved themselves. Great company to work with and would definitely recommend them!

Overall a great experience! We had two properties done. One was a new build, which they were able to get to near undetectable levels immediately. The second was an older home, which the team followed up several times on and were able to get the level down significantly to a safe level. Great people who get the job done. I definitely recommend them!
