I’m already a Rad Power e-bike owner and it is great to be able to visit a storefront, test ride and consult the experts. My first Rad bike was purchased online in 2020. I just upgraded to the top of the line Radster Trail and the experience was terrific. Dorothy, Steve and everyone in the Huntington Beach store was so helpful and informative. I was able to trade in my old bike for a good price, take advantage of the Black Friday promotions and walk out with a beautiful new green Radster Trail.

We are first time buyers of a Rad Wagon E bike. General Manager Dorothy Lee was very very helpful from the time that we purchased the bike online. We had a follow up call when our bike was ready. We picked it up on a Saturday and met Dorothy and her staff in person. They guided us through everything we needed to know as first time buyers.
