They performed unauthorized and unsafe repairs on my commercial truck. They then failed to disclose their unauthorized repairs. Sending us on the road in a truck with no brake lights. They performed an unauthorized “repair”. They bypassed my brake light controller so my truck didn’t have brake lights. They never disclosed this to me. They then repeatedly lied to cover it up. First lie, they said the tech tested them and the brake light worked when it left the shop. When I proved that wrong with a picture of wires left hanging. They tried to say Tabitha called and I authorized the repair to bypass my brake lights. That was lie number 2, they didn’t attempt to contact me from when we dropped it off until it was “done”. Lie number 3 was that Tabitha left a voicemail for me that stated the brake controller was bypassed and the brake lights didn’t work. Lies 1 and 2 totally contradict each other. First they tried to say it worked when it left the shop. Then immediately switched to they told me about the problem. I have the voicemail and will attach it to this review. It mentions nothing about the shoddy repairs or inoperative brake lights. On top of that they ignored me for 4 days. Then made up a ton of lies to cover up their mistake instead of just fixing the $50 part. I have every communication via text and will upload pictures of all 3 of their attempts to blame me and the lies they tried to cover it up. On top of it all they charged me $1000 for this and all the included lies and hassle.

Woukd give 0 if it was an option. Long story short, spent well over $10,000 in 2 years and nothing changed. Took tractor/trailer to new place and found out half the stuff they said they did was never done. Since I stopped going there, my trucks been running great with only basic upkeep. STAY FAR AWAY FROM LYING THIEVING BASTARDS!

Thought my air dryer was bad on my 17 cascadia so took it in and they got right on it. They figured out it was just a part in it and instead of taking it down to my yard who would've just replaced the whole dryer and cost me more money, they saved me big time. Let me know about other services I've been looking at getting done so I'm definitely coming back here. I highly recommend this shop over river states, truck country, and Boyer/Transwest.

Has some codes on the truck. Spoke with Derek, they got us in diagnosed it and explained every step. Very informative and very fair on proces. Will be back at Quality because of Derek.

Took my truck there because regular shop was to busy, put $1750 into the truck steering vibration. When I got the truck back it was exactly the same as when I took it. I took the truck to regular shop and they found a bad steer tire in two minutes. Also never got any calls the whole week it was there, I had to call in and inquire for everything.

I would not recommend this place for oil change. 1000 miles down the road I check oil level like I always do. Barely registered on dip stuck. Took 2 gallons to bring up level. Then I see oil dripping down oil filter. It was never tightened!! So I went under and tightened it. It was so loose. This could have been a very expensive problem. My normal good place was booked out 2 weeks. This place I got right in. Guess this is why.

Do not come here. They are dishonest. Came in to have a visor put on our truck. They put two technicians on the job when only one was needed. And then charged double the rate without disclosing that ahead of time. If they would have been upfront and honest we would have taken our business elsewhere. $300 to install a visor. Their technicians didn't even have everything they needed and had to borrow a knife from us to open the packaging. Completely unprofessional.
