The review that I have to post has a lot of ups and downs, but the short and sweet review is Johnny Conde is a man of high integrity!

Qcells has very good products and are reliable when installed correctly. I partnered with a company to do my installation that was supposably a quality company... at least they talked a good game. That company was Design 1 Group out of Bristol, VA. HORRIBILE company to deal with and even worse installation and customer service. I won't go into all of the other negative things.

After about 2 1/2 years from the installation date, I was at wit's end with attempting work with D1G. So, I contacted them one last time, and low and behold their phone was disconnected...YEP Out of Business! So I contacted Qcells, put in a tech support case and was put in touch with Johnny. With Johnny's help along with his tech support team, they were finally able to diagnose the problem and over a couple of months of going back and forth of troubleshooting the system issue, along with having to hire another company to come out and rewire a few things, it's working now!

Although there was a lot of time that pasted between the solution and the multiple things that had to be done, the final outcome looks bright.

One additional note about Johnny, he stayed engaged and followed up with me to ensure the system was working after some initial trouble with the monitoring apps.

Run for your life from this company because there's absolutely zero customer service. This is October 2024 and I've been trying to get a hold of a live person since September 1. You can get stuck in the auto phone answering system forever and no one ever calls you back.
They don't do themselves they farm it out to a different company so there's no retribution when something goes wrong with the install
I had a fantastic experience with SunLux in Riverside, but so far Qcell and ENFIN is batting zero for me

We financed a solar system with them (Enfin by Qcells) To be installed by Encor. Encor went out of business without finishing our install and Enfin is requiring us pay a loan for a product we never received. They charge daily interest regardless that we have no system. They are holding us to our contract despite the contract was never completed and can never be completed as it is written. If you try to call, all you get is a call center and not a single person with any capability of actually doing anything. They put in "complaints" which no one responds to. This billion dollar company is destroying a hard working veteran family. We are taking on an extra job to pay for something we don't even have. It's theft. Please come take your useless solar panels.

We purchased QCell solar panels in March 2023. The installation went pretty smooth, except for a few minor issues. Once the panels were installed I can't seem to get a prompt response from their support personnel. I'll be send a letter to their HQ, file a complaint with BBB and the state agencies. I would not recommend this company for solar products...

Legion Solar installed Qcells solar panels and batteries. System is not working from day one. Tried manufactures all phone numbers and emails. No response. Stay away from this product.
