The guys who came out to install our whole house fan were punctual, polite, friendly, professional, & knowledgeable! They arrived on time in a wrapped vehicle and uniforms. They took the time to explain the entire process and show me the fan and how best to get good use of it. They were all finished in about 45 minutes! I was really impressed with how straight they cut out space for the fan vent and switch! I first attempted to save a few bucks (or so I assumed) by going directly to the manufacturer, but quickly realized how we would get a better deal through QC guys and be able to get my hands on a much more powerful, robust fan with 3 speeds! I highly recommend this company for their exceptional value and excellent customer service!!

Install was sloppy. Cut the dry wall to big. I can see gaps. Tried to repair with DAP but looks horrible. Walked in my house with there dirty boots. Walked all over my white rug. Had black hand prints all over my walls. The guy kept on trying to talk me out of a hardwire switch for a remote. Switch isn’t even level. Sounded like he didn’t want to do it. Everything was a rush. Just send it. Even the screws. Happy the fan works.

I reached out to QC Guys after recieving a referral. They emailed me a quote right away with straight forward no haggle pricing. The cost of a whole house fan seemed reasonable so I emailed back letting them know I was ready to move forward. Next thing you know we had an install date scheduled. They arrived early, were friendly, and completed the install in less than 2 hours. The cost was exactly as quoted and we have been happy with our new system. I love my whole home fan! Quiet Cool is so much cheaper than HVAC installers who offer whole home fan options. I bought the stealth 7.0 and it works great! It cools my 2600 sqft two story house down pretty quickly at night once the temperature outside starts to drop. My installer Travis and his partner did a great job with the install. They wore booties on their shoes without me asking, kept the work area covered, cleaned up once they were done and even used a magic eraser on dirt marks! I HIGHLY recommend a whole home fan and Quiet Cool!

Everything about this encounter went great. Initial phone call discussing my existing fan that was under warranty and needed labor for install. Easy guy to talk to and set up for the appointment. Confirming messages ahead of time. I reached out the morning of to verify time and got a quick response. Got another update 20 minutes before arrival. Repair guys were clean, polite, and shook hands. They put down plastic under where they were working and cleaned up afterwards. They made sure the system worked properly and asked if I had any questions. Honestly, everything from initial call to leaving my house could not have been done any better!
