PV Remedy was extremely difficult to work with. We asked for help on a commercial solar site, and it took them nearly 6 months to solve the issue. There was a period of almost 2 months where they would not reply back to any emails. They also charged us about 30% more than the agreed upon amount. We decided as a company to pay the invoice as arguing over the extra amount was going to waste more of our time. I highly suggest calling other service providers.
