Hello Pump ProductsI have to tell you how happy I am with our business transaction. Our Scotsman Ice Maker was out of commission for six months. I was anxious about my ability to fix it. That is until I got a dose of courage and dove in.
It was obvious the jet spray pump had seized. My first google search of the part number written on it was your site; however, I was fearful - was your site legit, was the price right, was it really the correct part? I  asked Scotsman's endorsed service provider (MOUNTAIN SALES & SERVICE / AJEX) who gave another part number at a price about 2x yours, but also verified your part number was accurate. I called you and confirmed the part number, the fact you had an English speaking person who was knowledgeable. It was obvious Pump Products was not an internet scam.
You shipped your products FedEx - that is impressive and it arrived in pristine condition. The overpacked is appreciated. I installed the pump last night and we now have a full bin of wonderful, clear ice.  Thank you for providing so much great value, it's been a pleasure doing business with you.

We have purchased several pumps for our water features on our properties from Pump Products. They are always nice to work with and constantly stand behind there products. We have had two pumps that have failed within the warranty period and they did their research and were able to send us replacement pumps in a timely manner. We placed an order and paid for overnight shipping. The order was not sent “overnight” even after speaking with a gentleman who works there. He promised the product would arrive the next day, but it did not. I called this company and was met with 2 very rude and argumentative men. First “Michael” was extremely rude and offensive to me while I was explaining the situation. I did not get the name of the original person I spoke to about shipping and he told me he does not have to provide his name, hair color, body weight, etc. From there I asked to speak with someone else, Nick then joined me on the phone. I explained the situation, paid for overnight shipping, called and spoke to someone to make sure everything was done correctly, and he said it is my fault and they cannot reimburse me for shipping. I told him his employee misled me, and this is not my fault. I did my due diligence and called to double check on the order and shipping.
Bottom line is- the employees are rude, incompetent, and don’t care about their buyers.
Purchasing from this company is a huge mistake. I wonder if the owner acts the same way as his employees? I hope the owners are satisfied with the level of service provided by the employees he/she has entrusted.
