BEST SOLAR company in Texas!!! These guys are the best in the business. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your system. Honest and keep their word. If I could give zero stars I would! I had my panels installed in April was told it would only take about 30 days until they would get inspected and installed. I followed up with sales rep who never helped and said I needed to call the install company. Had a leak where panels were installed finally got someone out in July to look at the leak and then found out a couple of days before I didn’t need to wait for inspection they could have been turned on since they were installed. The guy that had come out turned them on for us but as we were without power due to a hurricane that hit we couldn’t see if they were working properly. After still having high bills I reached out to see how long it would take to see a difference in our bill. I was told by financing company about 120 days was told to follow up with install team. Called them several times with no answer, I reached out via email recently only to be sent what I can see in the enphase app myself then when I was told they didn’t know what was wrong I would have sales rep reach out! Sales rep is a whole other story. I was promised so many things that aren’t true and not at all what we’ve experienced! I WOULD NOT I REPEAT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND getting your solar panels with them. We pay $200 a month for the panel and this month looking to pay almost a $700 light bill! It’s ridiculous.

Got my solar panels completely installed in May but took over 6 months to get it installed. This company doesn't communicate well with the customer and each other, causing delays in the installation. In short, I paid the loan company for 3 months without solar panels working because they forgot to communicate to each other to finish electrical. I had to keep calling and make sure the solar company was set to completing my solar panel installation. Was told I'd be reimbursed for the difference since it was their fault but haven't heard or seen any effort to help me out. I've contacted them more than enough with emails, text, and calls. 2 stars because the solar panels are working and saving me money now. Take this review as you will. Maybe I got the short end of the stick.

We've had problems after problems with our installation right at a year ago, this salesman named Justin sold us a 24-panel system with a 25-year warranty on the panels, installation, and roof since that installation the panels haven't saved us any money at all, probably cost us more and our roof has leaked. Since then we have contacted him numerous times about the problems about the system not keeping up and the leaks, he added 12 more panels (for $18,000 more) to our system and has been out 2 different times to try to fix the leaks, and still hasn't come up with any solution. After calling and reporting numerous times, it Is weeks if not months until we get a response and we still have 2 rooms that are leaking and our system is not keeping up even with the additional panels and yet there are still no answers. Also, we were promised $20,000.00 at income tax to pay toward the panels and we only received a small portion of that, nowhere near the amount promised!
I am very unhappy and don't know what to do about the $200 to $300 electric bills with the $400 solar bill and my ceiling ruined along with my daughter's TV and PlayStation now soaked!!!
I just want all the panels taken off!
