This store was clean and well stocked. It was small; however, it was well laid out and had anything and everything one could want or need. The check out was quick even when there were a lot of people. It is centrally located. I loved the covered garage to keep my car cool. I was from out of town and needed a shady place to wait on a friend so I got lunch and ate in the car in the garage. Pleasant and safe. Wish our Publix at home was this nice!!!

I am a person who loves spicy food, so I was looking forward to the regular spicy sandwich from Champs Nashville Hot Chicken. This food stall, located at The Garden at Palafox + Main, offers authentic Nashville hot chicken, with juicy and spicy meat, soft bread, and fresh toppings. However, I underestimated its spiciness, and as soon as I took a bite, I felt my mouth on fire, and tears and snot came out. I could only barely finish half of it, and took the rest home. The staff was very friendly, and brought me water and napkins, and asked me if I wanted to change the spiciness level. I think this place has delicious hot chicken, but next time I will definitely order the smallest spiciness level, so I can enjoy it better. If you are a person who likes to challenge yourself, you can try their regular spicy or higher spiciness levels, but I warn you, be prepared, they are not joking!

I'm agreeing with Eric Douglas's review about 23 or 24 reviews down 6 months ago. This has been going on for YEARS. I remember in 2017 I would catch a bus from work at the Hyatt Hoover/Inverness area and I would be more than tired. I'd get off the bus at this Publix downtown just to pick up a few items then head home. I believe the store was newly opened but the security was on high alert and made it known when shopping. I believe they even used a child to appear to be "lost" walking around the store to see if someone would say something to him. The police would pop out of nowhere while shopping, Lol? they were doing the most to shoppers who were well dressed and in uniform from work. But the homeless and vagabonds were comfortably hanging out everywhere around the place. Talk about the irony. Sheesh. Comedy central. I'm a Publix shopper not shoplifter?. And they are expensive but that's why I work. I still shop at Publix but rarely this one unless I'm just in the area and absolutely need something.

First in this location and in a Publix in a downtown area where is attached to a garage parking lot and your have to take an elevator to get into the store. Smaller store compared to other Publix locations. Check out are felt tied and a little too cluttered for my taste. Overall a good experience.

We go to this Publix often. Everyone's always so friendly and helpful, the store always looks nice, and there is a nice variety of items in stock. I love the different deals they have and the good quality.

I loved the location they have great deals and very nice employees. The deli is fantastic won't go a day without getting some fresh fruits and yogurt.
