The only reason there is 1 star is cause I couldn't leave a review if I didn't. Pnm is the worst!!!!!! My bill was 263.00 and I called to set up payment arrangements, and guess what they formed me off anyways.... my kids and myself went without electricity for a week. The amount I need to pay to restore service keeps changing. I'm disabled, my son suffers from seizures. They did not care and turned us off anyway..... I so hate pnm,I hate having to deal with them. We need another electric company In nm.... pnm sucks!!!!!!!

PNM broke a water line during an electrical install. Called customer service and they said not their problem and I need to file a claim.. in the meantime I'm without water and have a huge trench in my yard. Standard NM workforce bullshit, PNM sucks!

Had a issue with my bank not transferring money to the correct account so my bill did not go through twice after explaining that to them they still put a block on my account so that I’m unable to pay online or by phone for a year I have attempted now 6 times to pay at a western union at Walgreens and Albertsons and it won’t work. Now I have to order checks and mail one to get my bill paid yet now it will be a late payment and I’m in threat of getting my service turned off. Terrible service all I’m trying to do is give them my money and they make it impossible if there was another electric provider I would RUN to them this company has given me HELL.

Pnm is garbage, they can't do nothing right or on time, it takes an act of Congress to get them to even turn on power for a temporary pole or permanent service for that matter. I'm sure the power company in Iraq is better than they are

As a combat veteran (OEF) I would like to thank PNM for charging me a car payment, a fluctuation that had happened for the last two months and after being told to get a meter reading I was told to call back and spoke to a man who probably had his whole life handed to him. I explained the strange nature of my bill, doubling in kilowatts after always staying the same after a whole year. The only additions? AC’s installed in March. Usage the same and then less in July and behold! My bill doubled in size. Okay so no more usage downstairs AC’s only used when home and wife and I worked 50-60 hour work weeks so we were home less and you guessed it… Usage INCREASED even though less time was spent at home than THE PREVIOUS MONTH. Nonetheless he was unable to offer me any real way to resolve this without me paying for the full usage. THIS IS THE DANGERS OF A MONOPOLY. Now I must choose between my rent, my electricity, my car payment, or food.
