Mark is one of the rudest customer service agents I’ve ever had to deal with my whole entire life and this is coming from a woman that has seven stores that she has to run. Also, the store manager definitely seen me get disrespected. Mr. Paulino didn’t help me against his rude employee. Mark or the store manager Mr.Paulino didn’t help me with any solutions that I needed. They instead tried to argue with me and try to bully me from finding a solution to the problem. They made me feel very uncomfortable and ultimately I had to go to PSE&G in Hoboken . Unfortunately, I had to go to a white town to be helped correctly and felt safe. DISGUSTING AND RACIST

There is very limited parking on the street, and only meter parking at that. Also, it states online that they close at 6pm. They actually close at 4pm!

Been paying bill on line forever…Just tried doing the same and now there’s extra verifications to do… Verifications don’t work and u’re being told to pay bill on line in which u now can’t do… To add insult to injury u can’t get talk to a human, u must argue with a machine… Can assure u if bill is not paid I’ll have u’re undivided attention and I won’t be arguing with a machine…

Office closes at 4:00, cashiers stop taking payments at 4:00, then they sit for an hour having a conversation with the security guard. They have no customer service skills. This is a joke & the PSE&G actually pays them.
