The only reason why I am giving 3 stars is because I spoke to 4 different people and nobody was able to resolve my issue. I was on the phone for 2 hours with the first 4 people and nobody was able to help me. HOWEVER, after calling a second time I was able to get in touch with an Agent from customer service name Joel. Joel was extremely helpful. Even when I doubted him, he reassured me that he would be able to resolve my problem. The only reason you guys are getting 3 stars is because of Joel. Joel went above and beyond to help me out and was able to fix my account issue. Give the man a raise. Well deserved !

I give it a 0 because during the month of January PSE&G sent a bill of $244.00 dollars per month only for gas and $7.00 for electricity, the apartment is empty, no one lives in the apartment, no one uses hot water or a stove. I only connected PSE&G to keep the thermostat at 55 degrees so the pipes stay warm. I'm going to go to the office because I'm not going to pay for something that wasn't consumed.

Have no issue with them so far. But 5* because they keep the area around the building very clean and beautiful ❤️ especially in the spring when cherry blossom and narcissus in bloom

A Spanish Lady with glasses and missing front teeth at customer service desk 9 was disrespectful and did not want to help us with reconnection for our commercial building. Things were resolved after asking for manager & was handled professionally by manager

They will tow your car from in front of your own house. Horrible company. PSE&G has been doing gas work on my street for months with no end in sight. Usually no notice is given and they will close the whole street making it impossible to get in and out (we live on a dead end).

On the Friday before Labor Day they towed my car from in front of my house to do work while we were on vacation in Alaska. Seriously? Why could they have not given us any notice at least a week before especially on a holiday weekend? I would have happily moved my car but there is hardly any communication. Sometimes they will leave a postcard hanging on our door but that’s it. Their claims department is also impossible to deal with. I’m so very disappointed.

I called in an emergency 🚨 and no one showed up.. The PSEG Truck drove back my house and didn’t stop . I called many times and received NO REPLY. EIGHT HOURS Later I called again and asked for a Supervisor 10 times no response. Finally got a night Supervivor Frank and he was RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, HE WAS YELLING AT ME ,HE REFUSED TO HELP, HE FUSED TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT and he was very FRIGHTENING.
This night supervisor was OUT OF CONTROL

Do not purchase PSEG WorryFree. It is a scam. I purchased WorryFree repair coverage for my electric stove and my PTAC. When the buttons on my range stopped operating, I scheduled a repair appointment. The field tech was in my condo for 10 minutes. He was scrolling on the phone. After he was done scrolling, he grabbed his bag and as he was walking out the front door, he stated he ordered a part. I asked what I'm to do next, and he said call them when the part is delivered to my place. An hour later, I received a voicemail message from PSEG stating I had to pay for the part and labor, which would be more than $900! I checked the contract and the part is covered. I scheduled a second appointment and on that day, I left work early to get home for the 4 hour window. A supervisor Douglas, called me and said he wasn't sending another tech to my home unless I paid him. I told him the part is covered under the contract, and he said the tech told him it was a pre-existing repair. I asked how they made the determination. He said the field tech told him I said that to him. I told Douglas there was no conversation about when my stove stopped working. He said he didn't care and was not going to repair the stove without me paying nearly $1000. I talked to several co-workers and neighbors who all had negative reviews about WorryFree and the service refusing to repair covered parts.

I decided to leave a review because this is the second time having an interaction with the women there who is staff and they’ve had an attitude. I really wonder if they’re taught to have an attitude when they’re at work. I watched Sabrina have an attitude with other people and I tried to have a different approach because I didn’t want to judge based off her previous reactions but no matter the greeting she still seem like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I didn’t get the other lady’s name who was Hispanic and she also had an attitude. The gentlemen there never seem to be in a bad mood and for that they deserve at least 3 stars. The gentlemen I had was very nice and respectful yet again! Gotta start leaving honest reviews for people to really see it’s not just you! ITS THEM
