It's not a wheelchair/handicap accessible place. They'll forbid you form paying online so you have to come in-person if your payment ever gets returned. So now if you're poor and handicapped you'll also probably be left without electricity. They're also only open during regular work hours so if you have a job and can't pay online now they're punishing you for being poor and missing a payment by making you also miss a day of work. What a fabulously designed system 👌 What evil genius thought of this

Had a Power outage put that there was an outage in my area on the app got nothing called the service counter for help. They told me 4 o’clock January4 that they seen that there was an outage they have people coming. It should be done by 8:30 pm January 4. It is now 630. I have not gotten a hold of any customer service representative and no one is here to fix the power. I am very upset and very angry at this company.

PSEG MOVED OUR GAS METER TO AN OUTSIDE LOCATION. THEY DUG A TRENCH TO MAKE THE NEW CONNECTION AND IN THE PROCESS DAMAGED OUR LAWN SPRINKLER SYSTEM. WHEN WE ACTIVATED IT THIS WEEK ONE OF THE WATER LINES WAS SEVERED MAKING THAT ZONE INOPERABLE .
THE REPAIR COST US NEARLY $500.00.
THEY NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSE

A pseg employee visited me for an estimate. He spent 1 minute just to see the old boiler then went back to his car and 2 minutes later came back with the “estimate”. Twice the price my plumber had asked for the same boiler.

4 phone calls to handle a balance. 1st phone call lady had an attitude and never transferred me to the collections department so that I would be able to make the payment. So I had to call back and wait another 30 minutes. 2nd phone call, 5 minutes of being unable to hear anyone speaking. Instead of them calling me back, they only hung up on me. I called back and waited another 30 minutes. I explained that the payment system was not showing a balance. She said the collections department needs to release the balance first and then it will let me pay. I was finally transferred to the collections department, but the worker there just transferred me to the payment system without asking me any questions, again the balance was not released so I couldn’t pay. 4th time calling. I finally spoke with a decent worker from the collections department who resolved my issue. 2 hours of back and forth calling just to pay a balance.

I moved into an apartment in North Arlington on April 1st 2022. When we moved there shortly we received a bill addressed to tenants in our apartment for 2 hundred something dollars. It was obviously not ours, the next bill was for 400 something, these were the months of April and May when neither the heat nor the a/c were on. After calling customer service, which by the way, the machine tells you that you have a 7 minute wait, that is not true it turns into about an hour before they feel like answering. I called about 10 times trying to straighten out the bill issue. Yes in everyone of those calls I wasted an hour or so. Well on one of those calls we finally discovered that my meter was reversed, I was paying for the 1st floor apartment which had central air conditioning. They said that they would take care of it and that they only had one person that could do that job and that he was very busy. This company is a joke and should be investigated. They are a monopoly and it's not like there is a choice of another.
