Their customer service is awful, whether you speak to them on the phone or in person. And don’t bother asking for a manager—their attitude is just as bad. They simply don’t care because they know they’re a monopoly, leaving customers with no real options. Even if you're on an equal-pay contract, they’ll break the agreement and withdraw extra funds from your account without notice or explanation. They take whatever amount they choose, acting with complete disregard for their customers—almost like a mafia. Avoid trusting them with your autopay payments.

I finished set up my account and they transferred me into a whatever line. I asked what is this line for. She said it’s for your account verification, and started to ask my personal info. Lately found out that they are home moving services try to sell their bunch services

Antwon and Jeffery both helped me on separate occasions. They were both incredibly helpful and patient with me. They gave me instructions to help me figure out the issue I was dealing with in a timely manner, and they were very kind.

I visited there so that my brother could pay his electric bill. When he went in, there were only two people in line ahead of him. So he thought he would be out in 10 minutes. After a half hour when he had to get his bill verified in one line by a gracious clerk, he had to go to a second clerk to pay his bill. This took WAY too long.

The employees are so rude. They don't want to deal with your problems. They want to get rid of you by dismissing it. Each and every person was rude as hell. The women on can department were yelling at me for asking for help. The guy refused to help me.

Their System was also Down. Like, how is it supposed to work man? It's about Electricity. They don't care if there's an emergency. They are lazy people.
