WORTHLESS WARRANTY AND WORTHLESS SOLAR SYSTEM! Since installation in July, comms with system not stable. Certificate errors so not being paid for export. System failed - exporting electricity when batteries not full, importing from grid when batteries have enough charge. Electricity costs currently more than before I installed. Cannot speak to anyone at Protec and receptionists tell me they are too busy to take my call. 4 months since instal and not properly working and guarantee worthless with Protec.

This company has been a delight from first contact. Surveyor explained everything very thoroughly. It is a spray foam insulation to aid heat loss/ cool climate.
