The people administering the exam were super nice. That kind of kindness is especially appreciated while taking such a large exam. It makes everything that much better. The place was decently clean and the testing area was quiet and nice to take the exam in. Great place.

i rarely leave reviews but wanted to leave one to boost this locations ratings because it deserves much higher and the bad reviews had me nervous. I took the LSAT here and had a great experience, everyone was very nice and clearly went through the rules/instructions. lockers are small so leave big bags and laptops at home if you can. no problems with technology and there was plenty of desk space to use scratch paper. they also provided over the ear headphones for noice cancelling. going to and returning from breaks was a seamless process.

I tested here for my step 2 ck recently and I actually liked it better than my step 1 center which was in New York. The place is smaller than the test center in New York and maybe a little less trendy but the staff are well organised and the center is clean with good resources like the headphones and chair. Also a huge advantage I experienced was that it had a lott less hustle and bustle and provided a calm and peaceful ambience for a major exam. I even noticed that they would call test takers to confirm their appointments give directions and any information. I had a good experience here and would like to reassure anyone who is apprehensive of the place. I would also like to add a thank you to the staff.

Took USMLE step 3 here a few days ago. Had a very good time here despite the older reviews. Zero issues in day 1 and 2 of my test. All the staff were wonderful. Temperature inside the room was just right. There's water available beside the lockers. There's also free parking available. There's no signs in the building of where Prometric is exactly but it's in the second floor (use stairs or elevator). Don't forget valid ID.

They seemed to have turned it around. We need to up their score. I would definitely return here if I had more tests to take (or if I ended up failing this test). A score of 3.3 does not accurately reflect their current state. More like 33.

I recently took an exam at this Prometric Center, and my experience was highly disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff was unfamiliar with the proctoring protocols specific to my exam, which created unnecessary confusion and stress. When I returned from my scheduled break, instead of resuming my exam promptly, I was subjected to a lengthy and unprofessional discussion about what is and isn’t allowed. This wasted a significant portion of my exam time and disrupted my focus.

Professionalism and adherence to protocol are critical in such settings, and sadly, this center fell short on both counts. I expected a smoother and more efficient process, and I hope improvements are made to prevent others from having a similarly negative experience.

I was told to have certain ID with me in order to take a test at the moment of check-in! This information was not mentioned at any time before the test day, no phone call, no email, they literally told me what I need AT THE SITE! Totally ABSURD! If you have certain rules, how about inform the test takers ahead of time?!

To reply to your comments:
1. What administration letter did you refer to?The FACT is you never sent me any letter or email to mention this important requirement. How about you present a sample?
2. It is not you “allowed” me to bring the document, it is because my family made it happen before the test.

Overall, what a condescending organization.

Best treatment I've received in a prometric so far. This people are really nice and the place is really quiet. I got the best energy from the staff and they were also fast while doing the breaks and the check after them.
Only thing I would suggest is to clean the bathroom

I read all the bad reviews and came here with a bit of nervous. But everything is completely different. There are 2 female toilets and both are very clean. However, there is one key to get in (so if another test taker took the key, you should ask staff to give you another key instead of waiting for a long time and lose your testing time). The staffs are very kind and gentle and they gave me all their best guidance to finish my test. They process papers very quickly and carefully. The center is on 2nd floor. The office room is not huge or glamorous but they are well organized and make me feel good when doing my GRE here.
