My experience at the Prometric Test Center was extremely disappointing and distracting. Throughout my entire exam, there was incessant drilling and hammering noise coming from nearby construction. It was nearly impossible to concentrate with the constant disruption. The environment was far from conducive to taking a test that requires focus and concentration.

Despite notifying the staff multiple times about the noise issue, nothing was done to mitigate it. The noise persisted for the entire duration of my exam, which not only affected my performance but also left me frustrated and stressed.

For a testing center that charges substantial fees and emphasizes a quiet and controlled testing environment, this was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against scheduling exams at this location until they can guarantee a noise-free environment conducive to concentration.

I took the LSAT at this location last week and had a great experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for test day. My proctor Angie was awesome. The rooms were very quiet and I was not interrupted at all during the test. I would test here again if I had to.

Hello, I came in today because I needed to schedule GRE general test for my school. The woman at the desk was very nice and helpful - she gave me few phone numbers so I could make my reservation via phone.
I tried to call the numbers provided in order to schedule the test date and make sure I am in the system.

However, in the middle of me trying to schedule an appointment online, an older Indian woman from personnel approached us and started to be very rude to me and my friend who was accompanying me. The Indian lady ordered us to leave the premises without any reason. Her attitude was very rude and unprofessional. She was misusing her positions of authority and was forcing us to leave the facility as if we were some intruders where in reality we were paying customers who wanted to pay 250 dollars to have taken and schedule a date at your center.

When we were about to leave and when I was about to put on my coat, the older Indian woman opened the door and kept holding it until we left as if she owned the building (she was only missing hitting us with broomstick).
Maybe one can explain to her that it is not HER building but she is an employee and a representative of your company. Her salary is paid by the customers like me. However, due to her unprofessional and rude attitude, I will not be your customer and I will make other arrangements as you treat people in such rude manner.
I had not met such a rude customer service in a very VERY long time, maybe never.

I've taken multiple shelf exams here since Sept 2022 and haven't had a single bad experience. The staff is very professional and polite, they explain the rules very well, and you're able to get through the check-in pretty fast if you arrive at least 30 mins before you're scheduled to start (the earlier, the better tbh). They provide noise-cancelling headphones too, which work great. Haven't experienced distractions or excessive noise in the exam room either. The bathrooms have been clean the times I've used them, too. I def plan to continue taking my exams here.

I had second thoughts about taking my exam here because of the bad reviews but it actually went better than I expected. The staff were so nice and wished me good luck for my exam. Just keep in mind that there's a line sometimes so I would try to come earlier. I think I waited about 30 mins. They provide headphones for the if you need to cancel out the noise, as well as paper and pencil. Overall it was a pretty great testing center including the staff.
