The instructor was very nice and knowledgeable. I love the hands on training. I didn’t like that the book that we received, didn’t really go along with the computer slides. I never used the book the entire class but had to pay for it. The test was fine, but if you didn’t pass you get the answers anyways so what’s the point of the test.

I took a renewal course for BLS with Josue, and hands down it was the best class I’ve taken to date. He is a very knowledgeable instructor who uses humor to help you remember techniques and alleviate the stress of the situation.
