Also, they had given me more advice on my kitchen sink that I need to checked into. They asked me if I needed anything or have any problems, just give them a called back. Our A/C had been out for two days, and was blowing 80 degrees, so we called Pro Services after being disappointed with the response and wait times at a couple of other places. They came out the SAME DAY, and they did not disappoint. The woman who answered the phone did not act like she was inconvenienced by my call like other places did, and she was very kind and pleasant and helpful! Thank you, ma’am! You were the first amazing person we encountered at Pro Services.

We were lucky enough to get Troy as our technician, and, man, does that guy know what he’s doing! He not only knows his job, but it’s clear that he loves what he does, too. I’m no stranger to HVAC, but this guy was a wealth of knowledge and answered any question I had with enthusiasm and expertise. He’s an absolute professional and a delight to talk to, and, regardless of what you’re paying him, it’s not enough—this dude deserves a raise.

Pro Services is what quality customer service and professionalism are supposed to look like, and their people represented their brand today. Thank you guys for everything! Y’all have customers FOR LIFE!

Pro Services was extremely helpful when our AC went out! It was 86 degrees in our house on a Friday evening. They answered the phone & tech’s were at our house within an hour! The problem was resolved quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Pro Services!!!

Told us they could not locate a leak in our yard without digging by the house and running a camera, then running a sleeve, for $6500! The leak was clearly visible with a puddle in the exact location of the leak. They then advised they could do this with just placing a camera in and sleeving just that area for $3200! Needless to say my husband asked them to leave. We had a second company come out, confirm where the leak is, and will replace the pipe for less than half of this cost... they saw the size of our home and figured they could get some money... they didn't realize that I'm in insurance and my husband in utility, and we know that this would not cost anywhere near $3200 and definitely not $6500... Crooks!

Pedro from Pro Services replaced a main breaker on the pole outside .Did a very good job and service was the same day .He checked the breakers and found the problem .The breaker was older so had to find one to replace and was fixed the next day . Very good service when it’s 105 outside . Would definitely recommend ! Thank you Pedro !
