We had a great experience with David from Pro Energy Solutions. He came to inspect our HVAC system after it failed a township inspection and quickly identified and addressed a discrepancy with the heat strip specs. David installed the correct amp-size breakers for both our indoor and outdoor fuse boxes, ensuring everything was safe and up to code. He also bonded our water heater and properly grounded a wire he noticed needed attention. Throughout the process, David explained everything clearly, making us feel confident and secure in his work. We highly recommend him for his expertise and excellent service! The customer service agent, Sam, was professional, kind and responsive to all our needs.

The guys who came to look at my house were super knowledgeable and helpful, as were the guys who installed a condenser in the backyard and ran new lines to the basement- they did an awesome job. I think there was a schedule mix up because the electrician was supposed to come same day, heard nothing for several hours before I was told they can’t come actually, which was a bit frustrating because I had taken off work for this part of the project specifically. Rescheduled easily though. Happy with the outcome overall

This is probably the strangest 5* review you might ever see. Mistakes happen. Many are outside of our control, but it's how we, or a company responds to them that defines us.

We all want to be cut some slack for our own mistakes, but we're often less prone to be as forgiving with others.

We had some issues early on, but at every turn, Pro Energy responded promptly, and their techs (specifically Leigh & Sherry) were highly professional and extremely efficient and effective.

Pro Energy seems to be an extremely well-run and well staffed company.

We recently converted from Propane to Natural Gas. Such a conversion is always a process, but this one resulted in some serious difficulties early on.

The install team of Cameron and Dan were great guys. They spent Friday, Monday & Tuesday here on the install. Apparently, this is a new model boiler, and it presented some issues they hadn't seen before.

To their great credit, Pro Energy has been very responsive to each of the issues and did their best to handle them all in a timely manner.

Throughout our ordeal, I've never had an issue with Pro Energy's responsiveness (A+) and the quality of its professionals (also A+).

On the afternoon of Christmas Eve, the brand new boiler, a Weill McLain CS-150 that was installed on Wednesday 12/18, shut down and couldn't be reset. It had all stopped working overnight Friday into Saturday the 20th morning, but that time it reset.

As a result, it was a cold Christmas Eve & Christmas, but that was just the timing of the outage. There's really never a good time for a boiler to go down.

I called Pro Energy, and they scheduled a technician to visit us on Thursday morning 12/26 to look to correct the problem.

On Thursday morning 12/26 Pro Energy sent a plumbing team (Leigh & Sherry) to look at the boiler. They got it working, although it took the rest of the day for the heat to catch up with the cold.

Unfortunately, the boiler failed again on Friday morning (12/27). It had failed 3X over its first 9 days!

On Friday (12/27), Pro Energy sent over an electrician and a plumbing team. Both David (electrician) and Leigh & Sherry (plumbers) were highly professional, and Pro Energy has been very responsive to all these issues.

My own issues have been with the equipment, NOT Pro Energy's professionals, who were all excellent.

Leigh found a water feed valve had been left off. With that turned on, the boiler fired up and looked to be working fine!

Losing heat/hot water from Christmas Eve to Thursday morning December 26th was an ordeal that was very frustrating, but I give Pro Energy credit for being as responsive to these issues as possible, but it had been a very difficult first week.

On Thursday, January 2nd, the hot water went out again. Leigh & Sherry were again dispatched for Friday morning the 3rd of January. They found that the hot water control had been shorted out. They traveled about an hour to pick up a replacement part, returned, and when they installed it, that one didn't work either.

On Saturday morning, January 4th, Leigh & Sherry arrived with a brand new boiler unit to replace the original one. As they left, around 11:15 a.m. the heat and hot water were working well.

There can be problems with new equipment, but Pro Energy responded to and handled them all.

I credit Pro Energy with their responsiveness and the professionalism of their staff. These are good people. I'm very impressed with Pro Energy as a company.

Mistakes and challenges happen, but how we respond to them defines us. How Pro Energy responded was A++ in my book.

January 19th, 2025; it's been more than two weeks since the boiler was replaced, and we haven't had a single hiccup. Pro Energy went to great lengths to address the issues we initially had. There's never a convenient time to lose heat, and over Christmas Eve/Christmas is especially frustrating, but Pro Energy responded to every challenge and ultimately came through.

Had minisplit systems installed, had no issues, work was done clean, quickly and professionally. consideration was taken for the install locations, and the appearance of the install.
The electricians doing the electrical work, Carlos and David were friendly, efficient, and also considerate, going above and beyond to keep the work clean and hidden when possible. They really did work efficiently and professionally. The installers for this company seem to all be good people who care and are knowledgeable about their work.

I'm writing this review to share my experience with Pro Energy Solutions, hoping it will be helpful for others considering their services. While I've tried to be patient and understanding, and given them several opportunities to resolve the issues, I've ultimately been left quite disappointed. This was a significant investment of over $60,000, and unfortunately, it hasn't lived up to expectations.

The installation process, while initially quoted as a one-week project, stretched to three weeks. The work crew often arrived late in the day and sometimes stayed very late into the evening, which was disruptive to our family, especially with our young child. There was also an incident with the removal of our old oil tank where a part was missed, leading to a fuel leak in our basement. I appreciate that they responded quickly to address the leak, but it was a stressful situation that could have been avoided.

Since the installation, one of the thermostats has never functioned correctly. It controls a portion of our system with the air handler in the attic, separate from the mini-splits we have. Instead of diagnosing the problem with the existing system, the company suggested a $2,000 upgrade to the mini-split system, which was already working fine. This felt like an attempt to sell us something unnecessary rather than address the actual issue with the faulty thermostat.

We were also promised a $5,000 rebate, but only received $4,500. I've been trying to follow up on the missing $500 since September 2024.

Communication with the company has also been a challenge. It's often difficult to reach them by phone or email, which makes resolving these issues even more frustrating.

Overall, my experience with Pro Energy Solutions has been less than ideal. The extended installation time, the fuel leak, the ongoing thermostat problem, the rebate discrepancy, and the communication difficulties have all contributed to my disappointment. While I understand that things can happen, the accumulation of these issues has been quite concerning. I hope this feedback is helpful for both the company and potential customers.

Recently had new AC and Furnance replaced as the old AC didn't work any longer. The furnace was old and needed upgrading as well. The Pro Energy team completed the installation in an extremely professional and meticulous way. Everything about the company is a pleasant stress free experience from the sales to the office staff to the owner! Kudos again to Yuri and his 2 other techs who did an outstanding job on the installation! We're very happy we decided to choose this company for our new HVAC system.
