So they have been okay since the past yr or so...a bit pricey i must say...but the reason why i post this review is when i went to pick up my pants in december 2024, Irma went to grab my pants and when she came to the counter she didnt have the time of day to talk to me and said she was busy eating lunch and walked away!! Very disrespectful to a customer, shame on this business to a paying returning client. I want to be treated with respect! Thank you.

Unfortunately my sister and I had a very bad experience here. She took a jacket here that belonged to our dead mom and wanted it dry cleaned and hemmed. They took fabric from one area unnecessarily and hemmed it way too short. I sew, so I know this could have been avoided and wish my sister just asked me to do it. Additionally, they left a stain on the jacket that was not there before and we haven’t been able to remove. They were very mean when we asked for a refund. The work itself was not professional, and the staff at the front were arguing so much with my sister that I had to step in and cool it off. My sister and I were both really shaken up by the experience which is not cool at all.

I took my prom dress to be altered here, however when I got the dress back the silk belt was missing. So I went back and asked about it and was very quickly shut down and told to come back Monday. I had school, so my mom went back Monday and was told to come back Tuesday. My mom came back Tuesday and the seamstress did not check to find the belt and told my mom she was 100% certain there was no belt on the dress and she did not take any blame for the missing piece. A couple hours later, the seamstress called and said she found the belt. Throughout the whole situation the seamstress was very rude and unsympathetic to my dress being in a way ruined, as the dress was not returned with all the pieces. Overall I would not go back and while I’m glad the belt was found, I was super sad at their reactions and how they dealt with the issue.

I had a slight issues and was a bit disappointed but the owner really stepped up and showed her appreciation for my business and corrected the issue. That sort of customer service is detrimental for repeat business which i will be giving them from this point on.

Your employee just cost you my business. I arrived 2-3 minutes before 5 PM and was prepared to have you do dry cleaning on twelve (12) shirts. As I got out of my car with the shirts draped over my arm, she looked right at me and closed the door. I am a regular customer, and have had many encounters with this employee. She is almost always quite cold, and sometimes downright rude to me. Although I am not a weekly or even bi-weekly customer, I have been a regular customer--until today. I will now take my business elsewhere. Just thought you should know about this incident.

Had a pair of pants hemmed wore them 3 times and hem came out. Brought them back and they charged me to redo. I've got pants that are 20 years old that have not come apart, never go there. No customer service, rude and screw you attitude.
