When the apartments opened up 2 years ago and I first moved in, it was a rough transition. I think not only for me and many of the other tenants, but also for the management team. This all happened still during the covid pandemic so that didn't make it any easier. Over time things have been great. The tenants are kind and respectful of one another. The current management team is kind and approachable. The maintenance team is always responding quickly and get a resolution for your problem. The landscaping is lovely and kept up. The building is always clean, and it's a great place to live, a real blessing.

The office staff has been kind and responsive, the grounds are beautiful, the interior and exterior are very well maintained. One constant issue is that elevator 3 has has been out of service frequently, and for varying lengths of time, up to several days, making things difficult for residents with impairments, temporary or permanent. I had a knee replacement, and couldn't go home due to the elevator being out of service for well over a month. Update. Fall of 2024. Elevator service was eventually changed, after a year and a half of constant problems, and the elevator has been in good repair, and was fixed rather quickly when it was not working. No issues for the last few months.

I had a horrible experience getting clear information on my approval that I had gotten 3 times previously. Fast forward, Finally I’m in and there are no maintenance people working. I made 3 emergency maintenance calls and no one has called or checked on me. The hot water tank in the locked room is leaking water and constantly running. I hope this doesn’t go on my electric bill. I hung up my clothes and the rack completely broke away from the wall, the moving vestibule door does not close behind you, therefore leaving the owners in serious position if someone from the outside comes in a hurts someone. I’m extremely frustrated with the rent going up by $115 dollars before I even moved in. Corporate does not return calls either!

I’ve only been here about a month. I really like the community, especially my apartment. I feel like I’m living in a hotel. From my initial contact with Ermena in the leasing office until now, my experience has been nothing but stellar. The residents are friendly and very helpful. Maintenance has been great. I’ve had some minor issues and George has taken care of them right away. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home.

I have enjoyed living here for the last 6 months. The property is well kept and comfortable. There is a need for some activities for the residents...an activity planner perhaps, also a bulletin board that is centrally located for residents to post things on. I also would like to be able to recycle my plastic and can garbage here along with my regular trash. Thanks

The worst experience ever. Moved me into an apartment with no AC after waiting 2 months. Took 10 days to fix. The day we moved in they would not print out the lease which was a ridiculously 56 pages. There are people over 55 many a lot older than that to try to read such a tiny print on the phone. The link was taken off the phones a few weeks later. When they finally got the portal up after 2 months they charged many residents extra onto their rent with no explanation and it had to be paid automatically given a late charge if not ..mine was 126.00. They raised the rent 3 times in one year. Staff has horrible treatment of residents. They got rid of Danielle but still have Lacheryl who has a handicapped plate always takes the closest spot when so many need them. She works full time and does not look handicapped. It’s the fact that because she thinks she can take up spots that others need is what makes resident so mad. I had a terrible position in an apt where the traffic got so loud we could not sleep or enjoy sitting on patio. Right across from my apt was the beauty shop and crafts room and lobby. They staff locked the public woman’s bathroom so they could use it and right next to my apt was the men’s so I heard slamming all day and night. Had a mouse come in through the patio door one night took 2 1/2 weeks to catch was then told I could never open my patio door again which is outrageous. I asked to be moved away from the traffic noise and slamming from the men’s bathroom and Don who was temporarily there one week said yes no problem so I had no where else to go and decided to stay. Lacheryl informs me two weeks later that Octavia from head office was refusing to let me move after all my complaints not allowing anyone to transfer. So then I had no where to go and did not have the chance to give notice. I moved out and then was put in a collection agency with my last water bill which I tried to pay and they would not allow me to and charged me a fee of one months rent for not giving notice to move. There were never any fire drills. The grills never got up running in a year. The elevators are always broken. They constantly watched you on cameras, entered apts without permission. Many residents moved out after their lease as the treatment there was outrageous. Lacheryl is the worst person for that job. She has no clue on how to treat people. Dominium, The corporation never answered the phone or complaints . They have many law suits for past years and how are they able to raise the rent 3 times in one year? How does Octavia have the right to say a resident cannot move if they are so miserable. They do not care about anything but the money. These people are in one based, on SS abd this is outrageous. One day these sweet women were trying to have a group started to get together in the lobby and were approached by Danielle and Lacheryl telling them that they were not professional enough to have these group get together? How crazy is that? They also had a small trash bin in the back parking lot for that many people ? They advertise all these amenities yet are not available. It has a very creepy atmosphere abd residents are so intimidated by the staff that they rarely went out if they’d apt.or enjoyed the areas. Beautiful courtyard and no one used it much. The theatre room was very nice but the chairs were so uncomfortable no one could sit for very long. The weight room was the only good thing there with the great updated equipment . I forgot to mention the day I moved in ( middle of June) and AC wasn’t working Danielle told me that if I didn’t like it to give the apt up and they didn’t know when the AC would be fixed ? How do you treat someone who’s been waiting 2 months like that and no where else to go. People had their things in storage living with relatives, and hotels because they could not tell us when the apts ready life is tough enough but to have management such as this will really impact these residents lives forever. We are all just human trying to live the best we can. Why make it miserable for others?

Absolutely a great place to live. The ladies in the office are absolutely awesome, they are always there to lend a helping hand. In my opinion the parking is great, it might be because where my apartment is located but I love it. Every single person I have met have been wonderful people. Residents get together just to hang out and talk or to enjoy karaoke etc. Looking forward to many wonderful years here
