Couldn't be happier!! Daniel Phillips and Evan are the best, and are top notch professionals! Definitely not high-powered salesmen that sweep into the neighborhood to try and sell you something and never to be heard from again. They are the ones who took me to the edge and realized that migrating to solar is freedom from the local utility company. Anyone looking to make the conversion - now is the time. From start to finish they were there to answer my questions, explain things I didn't understand. Each step of the way full time communication, from the design, permitting, scheduling, installation, and follow-up! That's what they do.
The installation crews did an excellent job! I wish I could remember their names because I would name them personally. They showed up on time, installed, cleaned up when finished and then reviewed with me when they were done.
I doubt that anyone can match that professionalism. Totally impressed! Now that I have run two months’ worth of solar energy usage, I'm even happier. It appears not a moment too soon as well. OG&E is trying to increase electricity rates to 9.9% - so customers can continue to be held hostage by the local utilities or look at another option.
Now is the time to change. Not sure if it is right for you call Daniel or Evan. They are not Salesmen they are Sales-Friends. They are looking out for us as consumers. Yes, this is a business but seriously I've never had anyone stand with me and guide me through the process like these two.
I'm a proud owner of 29 solar panels on my house, to be honest they blend in quite nicely. My advice don’t be a fence-sitter, you've got nothing to lose, and it only takes a phone call.

I rarely write negative reviews, as I tend to be a very understanding and forgiving individual. In addition, I have been a business owner, and I know that it is difficult to get everything to go perfectly at all times. However, PAIC Solar has been extremely unprofessional and put us in a very difficult situation.
The install in August 2022 went okay. Everything took time, but we knew it would, given that the technology is still pretty recent.
Our neighbors were interested in our solar project, and one of them even ended up getting PAIC Solar to install a system at their house. Our sales rep PJ told us that we would receive a $1000 referral bonus because of this, but we never did. For about a year, I followed up on that promised referral bonus, but it never materialized. Finally I was told that the $1000 had already been paid to PJ, but that PJ no longer worked with the company. PJ never answered my request to transfer the referral bonus to us.
The more significant issue is not the unprofessional conduct regarding the referral bonus, but the lack of adequate customer service. Two years after our system was installed, more than half of the panels mysteriously stopped working. We noticed this development because our electric bill was three times what it had been. We contacted Enphase, the maker of our solar equipment, and they told us that they were aware that our system had problems and that, weeks ago, they had reached out to our installer (PAIC Solar) to tell them to schedule a site visit. Upon hearing this, my husband and I also started reaching out to PAIC. However, in the intervening weeks, we have not been able to get a site visit scheduled. At first, the representative told us that he needed to confirm some things with Enphase. Then he said he needed to meet with PAIC management. Finally he told me that the company no longer has offices in Oklahoma and is now based solely out of Texas. He said that, although he could not get an onsite visit on the books yet, he could tell me that it would be at least two weeks before they could send someone our way, and that there would be no warranty coverage associated with the visit. We could expect to pay $150 base charge, then $100 for each hour of work.
I am currently looking for another solar company to help us with the needed repairs. We need someone who can provide prompt customer service; we have now received our second electric bill that was three times what we have budgeted for electricity. Given that we also have a monthly solar loan payment, this is a significant financial drain.
I do not recommend that anyone work with this company.

If I could give ZERO stars I would and I plan on blasting this company everywhere I do not recommend this company to anyone! from The very beginning this company was a nightmare when we signed contract with them in May of 2022 we were promised so many things that now we know we're all lies they just wanted to make the sale. The first lie was the Team would start the install the following week and they would be up and running by summer it took them 3 months just to install the panels they were installed in August of 2022 and then it took them another 6 months to get them switched on which didn't happen until January of 2023! now here we are in November of 2024 and we just got hit with a tornado our house is damaged our roof has to be completely replaced and they want to charge us $4k to take the solar panels off so the roof can be replaced when we were promised that we would receive one free removal of the panels for roof replacement during the life of the warranty Even though we have told them it is urgent these panels come off because they are keeping The roofers from being able to replace the roof and more rain is coming so more damage can be done if we don't move quickly. They are also saying the warranty doesn't cover weather damage to the panels and we also have to pay out of pocket to replace any broken panels, another broken promise because we were promised that the panel's warranty would cover weather damage because obviously they are exposed on the roof to the elements! their excuse is they have no control over what the sales representative told us because they are employed by a 3rd party and not by them so they don't have to honor anything she said. This company is trying to take advantage of storm victims and looking to make a profit off of our loss, this company is a joke do not do business with them. Now onto the BBB and then the media!

So as per the typical reviews of course, it took around a year before our system was operational, typical fighting because we were paying for non-operational panels. Now the big issue comes over a year later.
We noticed during a storm that water spots were beginning to show up around where the panels were installed. After multiple calls they sent one person out who found "a small leak" caused by faulty installation, he threw some caulk around the area and supposedly fixed it. The problem has gotten worse and worse and with recent rains I now have drywall damage, rain comes straight into our attic and the damage continues to get worse, they do not call back and have yet to send someone back out. Meanwhile, have more and more water coming into our attic damaging our home while PAIC does absolutely NOTHING to fix this situation!
Do not give these people a single penny of your money.

Ricky and his crew did an amazing job, answered all my questions and helped me build the system I wished to build and modify my current existing system to meet my desired outcome. great experience all around. he and his team installed everything and after they left you'd have never known they were there except for the now solar covered roof. he was quick to reply to any concerns or questions I had about the system and app. Overall couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I got panels installed from them through a selling company a few years ago. I have never not had an electric bill. My bill basically doubled, electric bill and panel payment. They are now calling and stating they know that my house was undersold on panels and they want to fix the problem due to the seller being shady. For them to fix the problem I would have to buy even more panels from them. I have 13 panels. They produce maybe 200kw a month. My house uses 550ish kw a month. He said one more panel would fix all my problems, and i would over produce to create a profit. I asked how 1 panel can produce 400kw a month when 13 can't. He told me he was going to look and see if there was a different way to fix my problem without putting me more in debt. There won't be. it sounds like it was set up exactly how it was supposed to be. Under sell the house and then call later to sell more. If they wanted to actually fix the problem, they would. Instead of dumping it on the consumer.

We had problems in the beginning of this process but found out PAIC had to out source the installation to another company due to high volume of new contracts. The problem we had was with the outsourced company. When we contacted PAIC, we spoke with Shirley, and she was very helpful! She put us in touch with the owners and our issues were taken care of fairly quickly. Shirley has been a wonderful and caring part of this process. We can't say enough good things about her. Thanks so much, PAIC and especially, Shirley! We're enjoying our solar savings 😎!

I would not recommend using them. I had a lot of trouble with inspections and them holding to there word. I was making payments on the solar panels before I was actually using the panels. I was also told that any payments I would be reimbursed but yet have been reimbursed for them. I was also promised I generator as part of a promotion by there salesman who was fired or quit but yet was still communicating with me like he was still employed with Paic to only find out he wasn’t. Then when they finally hot there inspection they told me I need to provide proof of the conversations I had with there salesman of the generator and when I did this they have ignored me.I would not recommend using them
