Placed an order for Propane, was told that I had to order a minimum of 250 Gallons. Order was placed and everything fine, even received the propane next day, however I recieved a complete top off that was an extra 100 gallons and 300 dollars. Called in and was told sorry, the driver gets in a hurry and just fills them up, but I would obviously still have to pay. Maybe explain to your driver that not everyone has extra money like that and you are simply overcharging everyone because he gets in a “hurry.” Ridiculous. I’m sure you letting the boss know of the complaint will go no where, thanks!

I wish I could give 0 stars! We've had Gayles for years and never had a problem. Premiere is a whole different experience! I spoke with 2 employees today who were very rude and the woman even sighed when I asked her to check the estimate. A $100 fee to check for leaks and a service fee of $25 to pay over the phone. We will definitely be changing companies!

Avoid this company at all costs (now premier companies) They have HORRIBLY rude employees (no matter who you speak with) that have no problem hanging up on you. Fine print in their leasing agreement has us spending an extra $350 to not get taken to collections because we didn’t get propane within a year or the last fill. Hidden charges like this in our current economy are way too difficult on families. A warning when that charge is about that be incurred would at least have been helpful. BEWARE and buy elsewhere even if it might be a little more expensive.

I will add though, that the men who picked up the tank were very kind and understanding. It was a pleasure getting to speak to them.

We have been with Gailes for 23 years and have never been disappointed. No matter when we called they were friendly and delivered usually by the next day. But….. now that they are Premier everything has changed! And NOT for the better!! I called 8 days ago to fill our tank and we are still waiting. At the time I called we were around 5% and told whoever answered that. 4 days later I called to find out when we could expect delivery and I was told it’s up to the driver as to when they want to deliver! What kind of propane company lets their customers run out because the driver doesn’t feel like delivering? Premier is going to ruin this business after Gailes built it up! I’m sure we aren’t the only people that will be looking at other options. AVOID PREMIER PROPANE AT ALL COSTS!

Gailes was great... Premier is not. I feel sorry for the employees that have to deal with that one toxic old woman. I'll never go back solely based on my experience with her.

Can I give zero stars? I want Gail’s back! This company is one of the worst I’ve dealt with!! After this propane service I will be finding another provider!! If you like zero communication, very poor scheduling, zero follow through then you will like Premier 🤣 their name makes me laugh 😂

I have been doing business with this company for several years. I thought they were a five star company. Both our words has been binding until now. They want to charge a tank rental because I didn't need any fuel. So I agreed to let them have the tank back. Now they want the tank back without paying me for the fuel inside that I purchased. I am not mean enough to empty the fuel out of the tank, but I am only giving them one star because zero isn't an option.
