This shop is truly awful. They have rebuild the rear on my 361hp S10 several times now. They just can't get it right. It is a 10bolt but not big power and it is driven back and forth to work.

But the final straw was the brake pedal going to the floor. They didn't tighten down my left rear caliper. I called and the kid who answered wouldn't even offer me a tow in to have them fix it. So I needed to pay for that as well. Well to make matters worse. I fix it. Then I notice while I am fixing it the c clip engagement isn't right as the wheel moves in and out. I asked them to do the c clip delete and crush ring delete. They told me no because it doesn't need it. These guys are a train wreck. I am going to bring my truck to Mullis camp to have it fixed right because Powertrain is going to get me killed.

Dropped my truck off and gave a list of whats needed to chad. He and the staff are professional and listened listened to my concerns. Hope to hear from them when they open and are able to fix the situation. will update when I hear...when a trucker is down for repairs it adds up to loss of revenue and I believe they have my best interest at hand...

Had my truck for 21 days. When it was ready they called me at 3:15.Had to bust my add to get to the place before closing
.Aslo rented a car for a week. Enterprise car rental was great.

Our first experience with them has been a learning experience for sure. We never had a drive shaft modified before so we gave them the incorrect information. And of course it didn’t work. But we called them , then went back and they worked with us to get exactly what we needed. It took 3 times for us to get it right. But they were patient, helpful and didn’t charge us for the re-dos. Would definitely recommend them. Their establishment is impeccably clean and organized.

Not my first visit to powertrain but definitely my last. Had a trans rebuilt it lasted 11 months. Second rebuild along with 2 PTO's developed a leak after 5 weeks on a hydraulic hose off the pump due to chaffing caused by poor installation. Stopped in and asked to have it looked at. I was told I needed to leave the truck and they'd work it in in a couple days. Wouldn't even look to see what the issue was. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. Customer service starts with the owner and works its way down and I ended at the top with the same lack of service. One should not have to lose days of revenue for what would have been a simple fix that shouldn't have happened anyway.
Long story short, consumer beware if you should find yourself at this establishment.

Took then 6 weeks to order the correct part for an install that took two days. The customer service was terrible. The man at the front desk with tattoos running down his arms (who also should not the the guy answering the telephone by the way since he has absolutely no patience) was rude, uncooperative and standoffish. I could not get anyone to actually help me until I talked to the owner, who made what the guy at the front was making a big deal not one at all. Took me an hour just to pay my bill and get out of there.
