WOKE UP TO A DISASTER IN A STORM . Shocked to find hot steamy water feverishly mingling with cold stormy rain water...what the... Water heater died. Saturday. Called most of the places opened on weekend Listed online got only vmail.

UNTIL the angel of a dispatcher, Jim answered the phone. A real live human being voice from a human mouth in real time!!! He let me know Kevin would be out within an hour. He was here in 45 minutes!!

I suspected the estimate to be 75% more being a small town and a weekend. SWEET. Way cheaper than what my brother paid for a new furnace in this area on a week day with an appointment with another company A year ago.

Kevin the Plumber, was extremely professional and efficient; plus my dog liked him. I now Have a rocking "Star Wars" type water heater with lots of fancy things like an oil catcher so if it ever explodes it won't poison the water on our planet. One year labor guarantee and six year furnace warrantee.

I have found my bff plumbers. Happy Valentine's Weekend!!

I had an issue with what I thought was going to be an easy fix on a Saturday morning. Turned out I was under qualified for the job. Pipes were broken, and water had to remain off until it was fixed. Most plumbers we're closed when I was calling. (Sat@8:30am) I called Power Plumbing and Randy was here within the hour. So very thankful for the prompt action and professionalism of the technician who came out.

Strongly encourage you to go somewhere else. Power Plumbing charges by a rate book, not the hour. This means they charged me $1170 to fix a leak in a 2" pipe that other would have charged a max of three hours or $320 total for. I will not use them again.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Power Plumbing. My house has needed alot of work over the last few years. These guys are always on time, thorough in their work, professional, honest, and just nice. I don't worry about being ripped off. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I needed to have my water pipes replaced because former pipes were very old and started to leak. The owner (Bobby) and one of the technicians came out and checked out the job and gave me an estimate for the job, explaining each detail. When the two technicians (Kevin and Brayden) started the job both were courteous, professional and finished the job on time. They left the bathrooms and laundry room vey clean. Also, cleaned up the outside work.
Then the drywallers (work for Carlos Rodriguez)came to work on inside of my house. Also, very courteous, professional and did an awesome job.
When you call Power Plumbing for service. Patrick is the one answering the phone. Patrick is good at scheduling, returning calls and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Power Plumbing in San Luis Obispo, CA
