Five stars and more for this ridiculously awesome store!! Postal annex does it all, including MTC delivery, because who doesn't love a one-stop shop? Janet kindly walked me through how to return a package from Amazon, because let's face it, returns can be a real pain. The homey feel was so nice, especially around the holidays, it was like walking into a warm hug. They had a beautiful tree lit up and Janet encouraged me to let others know that Santa would be there on Saturday, because priorities. They even individually write Santa letters back to your children, talk about going above and beyond! I bought three dollars worth of their ridiculously delicious taffy and left with a big smile on my face, because sugar coma. I am so excited to support this local business, it's like they're the ultimate holiday cheer squad!

This is my new favorite small business! What first blew me away was the adorable decorations for Valentine’s Day and winter. Not to mention sooo many fun Disney decor and items on display, with Disney music playing throughout the store. Additionally, the customer service was unmatched. Janet, the owner, was so kind, personable, and helpful. She walked me through how to get my Amazon return done there in a jiffy. She then answered my questions about all the amazing local vendor products they offer. I purchased some great dog treats, goat milk hand lotion, candy, and mini cards all from local small business vendors too. I had a lovely experience and plan to go back for any future shipping needs. Thank you, Janet! My spouse, myself, and our dogs are thoroughly enjoying our goodies! 🙂

This business is outstanding! Their customer service is amazing, the owners genuinely care about their customers and always go above and beyond to help. They even thought of the little ones, offering bubbles, stickers, slap bracelets, and coloring activities to keep them entertained while parents get the help they need. One of my favorite touches is their adorable Santa letter kits. The shop also features a fantastic selection of local items from various vendors. The best thing about this place is the people.

About a month ago I submitted an order for a printing job that I needed for the military. This was in preparation for a field exercise that required a hard copy of the manual being used. Given that weather can be a huge factor out in the wilderness, I needed something that was high quality and weather resistant.

That's when I met Chris. Based on my situation he suggested a certain product to use for the hard copy and had it completed within a week. The finished product was exactly what I needed! More importantly, I feel like I was able to really connect with the people there (in addition to the high quality of work). I would definitely swipe right on these guys!

This place is the best! They are so helpful and the kindest people. They’re amazing with kids and have the cutest little gifts for them every time we come in. My kids love going. They also do the cutest Santa mailbox and mail letters from santa back to the kids with personalized notes. It is the best place. If you haven’t gone, you should!
